Close to tons of amenities and cultural landmarks of Sarasota! Walking distance to park area of bay to launch kayaks, Jungle Gardens and Mini-golf. Can use the property for grilling/picnicking, relaxing in the hammock or by the tranquil garden.

Location, coziness, clean, straightforward, very helpful hosts. 10/10 place to stay. They were very friendly and more/less paved the way for our food the entire time! When we return to Clearwater/Sarasota, I’m coming back here.

Just what we needed! We brought a pet, but would recommend against bringing any because it can get a bit cramped. For one or two people looking to stay a few days, it was great!

Hidden Gem!

I loved my stay. It was walkable distance to everything! The neighborhood was so cute and safe. The host was extremely friendly and responsive and she had so many neat touches. I would definitely stay here again. What a beautiful area and cute little place, plus you can’t beat the price!

Well appointed, small and cozy stay!

I loved the small size, but that we lacked for nothing. The location was also great for us. Only negative was my husband didn't like the poly linens on the bed.

Great Stay!

This guesthouse was the perfect size for my husband and I’s trip to Sarasota! It was clean, check in was easy, and the host was very easy to get ahold of. Perfect location to all of the things around Sarasota/Siesta Keys! We would stay here again!

Cute guest house with amenities

Our stay was great. The owner was detailed in her instructions for us and easily accessible. She went out of her way to make our stay excellent. The guest house was clean and there were lots of provided amenities to make our stay comfortable. The location is very quiet and the bed is comfortable, so sleep was peaceful.

Adorable little studio/bungalow

This was a perfect location close to everything I wanted and needed. The host was exceedingly accommodating and I thoroughly enjoyed my time. The space is quite small so unless you are very close with your fellow traveler or only need a place to sleep - this place is perfect!

Great property and great stay!

This place was perfect to spend a long weekend! It has a very comfortable bed, microwave, and fridge. The neighborhood felt safe. It is less than 10 minutes away from the airport and downtown. Our host was very accommodating and responsive. We will be definitely staying here again!!

Enjoyed our time in Sarasota

The property description was pretty. Accurate the room was a good size for 2 people. But not a lot of room to move around. Which was in the description. The outside space had hammocks and a picnic table. This is not a beachfront condo. But for the price was a good value.

This property is exactly as described. The location and neighborhood are perfect. Susan was amazing, considerate, and respectful of all our needs. Her special touches to this little place made our stay extra special.. We visited the Ringling, downtown Sarasota, and Lido beach. What a great stay.

Short and Sweet

The property worked out well for my super quick trip down to Sarasota for a sculling regatta. Location was quiet, clean and felt safe for a solo traveler. Communicating with the owner and checking in were seamless.

Sarasota in Spring

Visiting family in Sarasota, this was the perfect get away! 7 days in this studio apartment with private entrance only 10 minutes from my sisters! Gracious host and serene setting. A quiet place to relax and regroup for the next daily adventure! Walks to the Bay in this beautiful neighborhood was reminiscent of old Florida. Looking forward to another stay!

Perfect for business (and a little fun!)

This property is so centrally located to things I needed and the fun I needed! Everything is just minutes away. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The property owner was lovely-engaging yet respected privacy. It was the perfect place for my needs. I loved it!

My name is Suzi and I am a retired New England transplant who loves to paint and garden. The arts scene and beaches are the main reasons for choosing Sarasota in my golden years.
The property is such a great location just a few blocks to the bay (Indian Beach Park) where you can launch kayaks or just sit and enjoy the views and sunsets. There are such gorgeous/peaceful surroundings as well as the cultural and entertainment highlights needed for a great vacation! Also just steps away is Jungle Gardens and Smugglers Cove mini golf for some real Florida wildlife entertainment. The closest beach is Lido Key about a 10 minute drive and famous shopping and dining at St. Armands Circle. A little longer drive takes you to UTC shopping and dining with every store and restaurant you could imagine and the new PopStroke mini golf has been a hit!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The property is larger than most in the area at 1 1/2 lots which makes the outdoor space plentiful with lots of room to spread out. The main house where I live has an enclosed fence and gardens. The street is virtually a dead end with a roundabout making it extra quiet for being so close to commercial necessities. The studio has a private entrance to come and go with parking. It does not have a kitchen/stove so if you like to cook this is not ideal but if you like take out the fridge and microwave will be great for leftovers and easy dining. This space is really best for 1 person traveling for business or an extended stay (which we have had before and happy to accommodate), but two can fit as well.
