This unit includes four parking spaces, available in the driveway or on the street.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.



🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.



☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.



⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late



💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.



🔕 Quiet Hours: Enforced from 9 PM to 8 AM. Indoor and outdoor noise must remain under 50-60 dBA, and excessive noise may incur fines up to $1,000 and potential eviction.



🏡 Separate Unit & Shared Outdoor Spaces:

Riverside Luau, Riverside Breeze, and Riverside Hut are separate units within the same property. Riverside Breeze is located directly above this unit. Your indoor space is private, and all outdoor amenities—including the tiki hut, fire pit, BBQ grill, and seating areas—are shared among guests staying in the other units.
