You'll find 5 bedrooms throughout this home, each masterfully designed to match the bright & vibrant sports theme across the entire home. The largest bedroom has 2 king beds with a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has one king bed. The third & fourth bedrooms have one queen bed in each, while the fifth bedroom has two twin-over-full bunk beds (two fulls & two twin beds total).

There are three two bathrooms in this home. The private ensuite bathroom attached to the bedroom with two king beds has two sinks, toilet, and walk-in shower only. Down the hall, the second bathroom has two sinks, toilet, and a shower/tub combo.

The modern kitchen is located right off of the main living areas, and is loaded with all new stainless steel appliances & a coffee station (including a Keurig & coffee pods).

The dining room is right next to the kitchen, with enough seating to comfortably fit 16 people, + lots of room for outdoor dining!

This home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. We ask that you
please respect our neighbors by observing the quiet hours between 10pm-
8am. We stress the importance of keeping our neighborhood quiet & safe for
all of our guests & neighbors. We do not authorize any parties or events at this listing.
This home & all of its amenities are either inside of the home itself, or on a
private, fully-fenced backyard. Under NO circumstances will our guests be
authorized to trespass onto any of our neighbors’ properties.

Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, please note that outdoor weather impacts the pool temperature, and colder conditions may prevent it from reaching 85 degrees.

From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge. Keep in mind that the heaters may not significantly raise the water temperature above the ambient air temperature during colder weather.

The pool will not be heated during the summer, as high outdoor temperatures make heating unnecessary!

We are pet-friendly! The pet fee is $75/ pet per night, max of 4
