Welcome to Grandview Cottage, where your Saugatuck adventure begins! This expansive yet cozy home is ready to welcome up to 12 guests. Sitting on some of Saugatuck's most precious real estate, you can saunter into downtown and be at your favorite restaurant, boutique, or ice cream shop in mere minutes! You'll be in the heart of it all with just a VERY short drive to one of our 15 wineries/breweries, various award-winning beaches, and jaw-dropping hiking trails. We'll be waiting for you!

Being an Art Coast Property, guests of Grandview Cottage have access to round-the-clock guest support. Simply give us a ring and we are there to assist!
You will receive a specially curated Guidebook prior to arrival which will have our contact information, particulars about the house, tried-and-true recommendations, and a list of our concierge offerings. Please provide us with your email address after your booking is confirmed to ensure receipt of the guidebook.

Grandview Cottage is just a short walk to downtown Saugatuck and nearby sister city Douglas. Voted Best Beach Town 2020 by Midwest Living Magazine, Saugatuck is known for its world-renowned art scene, wineries and breweries, vibrant LGBTQ community, boutique shopping, and gorgeous scenery. Foodies will find plentiful dining, from artisan sandwiches to vegan cuisine to high-end steak houses.

Want to get active outside? Oval Beach is only a few minutes away, and Conde Nast Traveler has ranked it in the top 25 best shorelines in the world! That's right, the WORLD! State-known hiking and biking trails fill the area, and gorgeous state parks with majestic forested dunes line the shoreline. Fishing, boating, kayaking—you name it, we’ve got it! Other fun day activities include visiting one of the region’s many berry farms and orchards to pick your own delicious Michigan fruit, taking a thrilling dune ride, enjoying live music and theater, or touring one of many more charming towns dotting the Eastern shore of Lake Michigan.

Grandview Cottage is close to Douglas, Fennville, many beaches, and various wineries/breweries. Don't feel like driving? No problem there! The Saugatuck Township Interurban Transit Authority offers pick-ups and drop-offs for only $1 each way to anywhere in Saugatuck Township. Simply call in the moment or ahead and reserve a time and pick-up/drop-off location, and your chariot awaits!

Want to venture out into the rest of Michigan's Art Coast? Downtown South Haven and Holland are only a 20-minute drive away and offer a whole different vibe filled with other activities to explore!

We love a gathering of loved ones but there are to be no events on property. If you’re a group that likes to play loud music into the wee hours of the night, this is not the property for you. Neighborhood quiet hours between 10pm-7am are strictly enforced.
