Super serene 2 bed/2bath fully stocked condo on the beach includes linens, beach gear, beautiful views, plenty of shells and sharks teeth to find on this gorgeous part of the island.
Enjoy grilling your freshly caught fish in our common area with an ocean view, play a round of corn hole, tennis, basketball or fly kites on the beach. Walk to the very tip of the island and witness where the canal meets the sea.
Topsail Reef has a beautiful beach that has minimal crowds even during the busiest part of the season.

Close to the turtle hospital and walkable to Tiki Bar at North End Market for groceries and good times. Take a short drive into Surf City for ice cream, popcorn and candy shops, boutique beach shopping, live music and beachfront dining.

Relaxing and comfortable

My friend and I really enjoyed our quick getaway. It was clean and convenient to everything. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice location and view

This was a nice quick weekend gateway stay with friends, enjoyed having king-size beds in both rooms and the view from the balcony. Wished there were more beach area, but the high tide came in pretty early and water was up to the sand bags, so it was hard to stay at the beach all day.

Perfect Island Getaway

We stayed for Labor Day weekend, and had the best time!! The location is amazing, and the condo had everything we needed! Short walk to the North End Market and Tiki Bar where we enjoyed delicious cocktails and live music. Short drive to Splash By the Sea where we had the most wonderful steak and seafood meals with beautiful ambiance! The owner was fun and easy to communicate with and made sure we were set up for success on our vacation! Thank you so much for the memories!

Beach getaway

We had a great time and made wonderful memories. The high tide made spending all day at the beach difficult. Just plan your day accordingly.

Excellent stay

My family loved this property. Excellent location and Topsail Island is the perfect location if you like to fish. This condo is well appointed for your family and we cooked every meal here. One of the best furnished condos I’ve ever stayed in for your cooking needs. Communication with the owners was awesome, we stayed during tropical storm Debby and they were very attentive to ensuring our safety staying during the storm. Our 6 year old son enjoyed the games and toys as well as the TV access. This is an excellent choice for a family vacation. We also met several very friendly neighbors during our week here!

Wonderful week on Topsail Island

The condo was clean and comfortable. The ocean was right there, I mean right there! Very little beach during the day but a short 1-mile drive to Beach Access #1 gave us plenty of beach. And FREE parking.The beach shade provided by the host was handy and very easy to use. The bike rack at building 5 was a joke so we parked our bikes out of the way under the stairwell. The HOA taddle-tale made us move them so we locked them to the picnic table in front of the condos. Also, no bike lanes until you get closer to the bridge so riding on the road was scary at times. All in all, it was another magical vacation on Topsail. No beach at the condo but we managed with a quick hop down the road. Mr. A's Beignets food truck was there with square doughnuts that were delicious. Highly recommend those! We love this island so much. Hopefully the ocean doesn't reclaim the land at these condos.

We are a blended family that has lived all over the US. Fell in love with North Topsail Beach and decided to borrow a little piece from Mother Nature for ourselves and guests. We have hosted traveling medical professionals in our other properties for over 5 years

The morning sunrise over coffee and the ability in the summer to set up our gear at 9am and leave it within view all day so we can be on the beach as much as possible having a leisurely day.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This condo is not only on the beach it’s away from the ultra busy tourist areas. There is a tiki bar within walking distance and a market for essentials. There’a a pool table and indoor games as well as karaoke, paint n sip and live music too! If you crave more simply drive 15 minutes to the tourist hot spots. Breweries, oceanfront seafood restaurants and bars, surfing lessons and boat rentals. A perfect balance.
