Attractive looking one bedroom apartment. Sleeps up to3 people. Kitchen and living room are one area. Not intended for extensive cooking. (Pullout sofa) Living area is 432 sq. ft. (Attached garage)Close to state route 250. Twenty minutes to Amish Country tourist attractions. Close to Lehman’s Hardware in Kidron, Ohio. 15-20 minutes to downtown Wooster where there’s fine dining.

The host was awesome. We had an accident and had to reschedule. They were super helpful and understanding.The place was clean and very comfortable. Had everything we needed to make our stay in the area great. Loved having a garage to park our car in. Would highly recommend this place to everyone!!

Communication with property owner was excellent .. very clean .. stocked with everything we’d want or need .. great neighborhood .. there was an awesome big black rabbit under the neighbors car .. we met the neighbors beautiful dog .. we loved our stay .. very reasonably priced ..

Great Stay

While the location can be a little hard to find the first time, it is a great spot. The size was perfect for two of us, and the price was affordable. The property manager was a great communicator during our time too.

Vacation

This apartment was just what my daughter and I needed. It was nice staying in a more country environment than the city. We had what we needed for the few days we were in town. Place was very clean and it was nice having plenty of towels! We would definitely stay again!

Enjoyed our stay!

Check in was a breeze and everything was clean and tidy. Alan was easy to get a hold of and made sure We had everything we needed. Perfect little apartment for a Couple or a small Family on a budget. The location was perfect for where We were heading like Amish Country and Downtown Wooster is close by with plenty of restaurants and downtown shopping. Very close to the University for People visiting. I noticed a couple of People were concerned with the noise of traffic but it didn't bother us. Still more quiet than where we live. It would be nice if the apartment was stocked with creamer and sugar for the coffee but I always bring my own just in case. Maybe there is some stocked somewhere in the apartment but didn't find it. We'll likely be back to visit in the warmer months. Thank you for hosting us!

Cute and Comfortable Lodging

Really cute and comfy place to stay. Very close to Lehmans and a short drive through beautiful country to the quaint town of Berlin. Check in was easy and quick as was check out. The place has everything you need for an enjoyable stay!

Exactly what we needed

Very clean, plenty of towels and on site laundry. You’ll need to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, etc if you have longer than one night stay. The soaps provided smell good just are too small for multiple days. Garage parking available. Quiet neighborhood across from a school so there was minimal traffic. All around, thank you for a very nice stay!

Super Nice, Cozy, and Clean

My overall impression is I would absolutely stay here again! And I really have only one suggestion. There is zero information in the unit about TV programming, and I have to say I was lost. It must be some kind of streaming service, but all I could get to work was Mysteries of the Museum, and a local station out of Cleveland. I was impressed with how clean and up to date it is. And the location makes it possible to visit any number of visitor destinations in the area.

Very clean; small but comfortable; The only negative was the busy loud traffic of semi trucks all night.

Perfect rental!!

We are already planning a trip for next year’s auction and plan to stay at the same rental. Its perfect! Couch and bed are comfortable, apartment was clean and inviting. Communication with owners was amazing! Definitely recommend!!
