NEWLY RENOVATED 4 bedroom / 2 bath; prime South Scottsdale location; 3.5 miles from the heart of Old Town Scottsdale shopping, restaurants, entertainment, night life. 8.5 miles to Sky Harbor Airport. Close to Waste Management golf, spring training baseball, golf, hiking, Talking Stick casino
• High speed 500 Mbps internet
• 6 TV’s: one in each of the four bedrooms, 1 in the living room, 1 in the garage
• Youtube TV with NFL red zone
TV in the 65 inch flat screen TV in the living room. There is also an XBOX Series X, however it is not set up because I don’t know how. Please feel free to set it up. Take a moment to enjoy the relaxing private atrium and sit on the 2-person swing chair.
The house includes a completely remodeled kitchen with all new cabinets, granite, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and serving with three bar seats and eight-person dining table. Also includes a Keurig coffee maker, a Cuisinart coffee maker, toaster, and microwave.
This one-story house has 4 bedrooms:
- master bedroom with king bed (sleeps 2) and private bathroom with large shower
- 2nd bedroom with a queen bed (sleeps 2)
- 3rd bedroom with a full bed (sleeps 2)
- 4th bedroom with queen bunk beds (sleeps 4)
All bedrooms have a TV. The second bathroom is in the hallway and has a bathtub with shower.
Head outside and enjoy the resort backyard including a pool, BBQ, covered patio with 6-person outdoor dining table, pool chairs, patio chairs, tables, and cornhole. Relax by the pool and catch some Scottsdale sun! The outdoor lounge furniture is comfy and great for hanging-out. The outdoor seating area in front of the beautiful Wild Rose desert mural is a perfect photo opportunity. The backyard has a great covered patio with a 6-person dining table and a cornhole set which can be set up anywhere. Then head to the garage and enjoy a game of ping pong, or the Arcade1up XL Pac-Man, or watch the 65” screen TV in the garage (the garage game area does not have heat nor A/C). In the hall cabinets, there is a poker set and board games that are fun for all ages.
