Located in a newly-built home, the totally private suite features an open-concept kitchen, living area with eat-in bar. Living room includes single daybed that pulls out to a king bed with storage, coffee table, and tv. Appliances include full-size fridge, full-size stove(with hood fan), microwave and brand new washer/dryer. Fully stocked kitchen.

This is a suite in the lower level of our home. We are busy active family that will be around.
I’m available for anything you need but will respect your privacy. Families are welcome! Kids are welcome to explore the yard and visit the chickens but the terrain can be unsafe and will always need supervision. There will be sounds coming from the upstairs and neighbouring rooms.
