➝ Off street parking + free on street parking
➝ Main Floor: All the bedrooms

➝ Pet Friendly - two dogs under 40lbs (must be included in the reservation- $60 per pet fee) - fully fenced-in backyard - sorry, no cats

➝ 12 minutes to the Zoo + Downtown + CHI Center
➝ 10 minutes to UNMC + UNO + Blackstone + Aksarben

A few friends and I needed a weekend away, and this cute little house was a perfect place to stay! Even during the wintry months, the hot tub was perfect. The staff even came and removed the ice and snow so that we would have a clear path to the tub. We will definitely consider another stay and this cozy home away from home!

Wonderful place!

Very cute. The decor is ADORABLE. I would literally have this person design my home! Great location. Great neighborhood. Comfy beds. Hot tub is obviously the plus! Super cute. Would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful stay

Our stay started with clear communication, and clear instructions. Upon entering, it was easy to get in. The house was absolutely stunning. The designs put into every room were amazing. The peaceful backyard allowed us to have a relaxing night in the hot-tub. To our surprise, there was not only a washer and dryer, but detergent and dryer sheets for us to use. The house was fully stocked with everything you could need, making it a home away from home. The quiet neighborhood allowed for peaceful nights. Jayz Stays were extremely well with communication, they informed us of someone that may be on the property and checked to make sure we were okay with it. They also responded quickly to any messages that were sent and checked in with us throughout our stay. 10/10 would recommend. Great hosts, in an amazing house.

Overnight Stay

The property is beautifully decorated. The outside garden though small is lovely. I felt it probably wasn’t suitable for dogs for more than one night unless very small and not particularly active.

Great host

The entire process was easy, the host has thought of every detail which made the stay extremely convenient. The home is clean and well stocked. The hot tub works well and is maintained. I would stay here again, or any of the host properties.

Great weekend getaway!

We loved our weekend getaway here. The location was perfect for what we had planned for our trip to Omaha. Everything was clean and had everything we needed! We loved using the hot tub in the evenings.

Trendy spot

It was our first visit to Omaha from the Twin Cities. We brought our small children which the space accomodated well but also provided an adult, upscale feel. We chose the upcoming Benson neighborhood to see more of the city. There were great restaraunts nearby and we felt good supporting the local community. It was an easy drive to the zoo and Luminarium. Thanks for the great stay!

Valentine’s Staycation

My partner and I had an incredible stay at this property for Valentine’s Day! They even programmed the motion doorbell as a cute little romantic jingle for us. It was wonderful!
