Welcome to Shorebird Cottage! Make yourself at home in this family-friendly space + make memories at the beach! Take a dip in our heated pool or lounge poolside with a favorite book. Enjoy year-round indoor/outdoor living, grilling burgers or roasting smores by the firepit. Bake cookies, make a smoothie + enjoy a latte using items from our well-equipped kitchen. There's plenty of room for everyone, thanks to our bunkroom that sleeps 4, plus the queen + king beds in this 3 bedroom/2 bath cottage!

The space
Upon entering, guests will find themselves in the living room, with vaulted ceilings and white vertical paneling throughout. With a beautiful and cozy couch, two sitting chairs, and a large Frame TV, you will instantly feel at home. The living room is open to the kitchen, with four stools, a large apron sink, and everything you need to make a meal, bake cookies, or brew coffee your favorite way. Just beyond the kitchen is the dining room which is surrounded by large windows, letting sunlight in throughout the day. This area features a large table with more than enough seating for 8, with a built-in bench on two sides, and 4 chairs pulled up on the others. This is the perfect place to sit and enjoy your meals with family or friends, or perhaps sit together and do a puzzle or play a game. From the dining room you can access the large back patio, which features a dining table and 6 chairs as well as a fire pit and bistro lights strung overhead. There is a gas grill as well as a gas fire pit for spending evenings outside. The heated pool features a sunshelf and a child safety gate with an automatic close feature to give parents of little ones peace of mind. At the pool, you can lounge on one of four pool chairs, and have the option to open a large umbrella for a bit of relief from the sun. The private backyard is fully fenced and surrounded by lush landscaping and boasts a garden and enough backyard space for the kids to run around, toss a football, or a frisbee.
The split floorplan features a primary suite on one side with a king-sized bed, dresser, large floor mirror, double vanity, a large walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet. The other side of the house has two guest rooms, one with a queen-sized bed, and the other featuring custom built-in twin-sized bunkbeds which will accommodate four sleepers. The two guest rooms share the second bathroom which has a bathtub.
