We’re excited to share our new Bonita Springs vacation home for others to enjoy! Tucked along the tranquil Imperial River, our waterfront home is just a 6-minute drive or a 9-minute bike ride to the beach. Bikes and kayaks are provided at the house! Designed for laid-back Gulf Coast living with a touch of elegant style, this family-friendly beach house offers the perfect blend of comfort and location.

This home is new to us, but hosting isn’t! We’ve been sharing our other homes with guests for years and love helping people feel at home while they’re away. Check out our dozens of five-star reviews on our other homes: Vrbo #2448083, #1784160, #2432964.

The home has been completely remodeled and furnished with a light, coastal aesthetic. It’s bright, comfortable, and ready for relaxation and waterfront fun.

Enjoy water views from inside and out while lounging by your private heated pool and hot tub. Set off from the private boat dock with lift, perfect for boating, kayaking, or fishing. With direct Gulf access, it’s easy to spend your days on the water and your evenings unwinding poolside!

Kayaks and bikes are included, so you can explore the nearby waterways or enjoy the short ride to the beach.

Inside, you’ll find everything you need for a smooth, enjoyable stay: a fully stocked kitchen, laundry supplies, paper goods, both Keurig and traditional coffee makers, and fast, free Wi-Fi. Every detail has been considered to create a clean, effortless guest experience.

So happy we chose this house! The location is great. The fishing on the river was perfect, the spa and pool were amazing and getting to and from the beach was easy and quick! The house is very comfortable and clean. The hosts were great to work with and very helpful with tips and recommendations. Could not ask for a better set up! Highly recommend and will definitely go back!!!

House was very clean and had every thing you would need. Neighborhood was very quiet. Backyard was beautifully landscaped and private. Pool and hot tub were very clean. View from backyard was incredible. Imperial River was full of wildlife. Dolphins, Manatees and plenty of birds. Joe was a great host! Was very attentive. Had great recommendations where to visit and eat. (Enzo's was outstanding). The beaches were nice and clean. Everything you would need are within 5-10 minutes.

Perfect Waterfront Home!

We had such a great stay! The house is tucked in a quiet spot right on the water, but still super close to everything. We biked to the beach a few times, and it was an easy ride. The house is bright and clean. Everything feels fresh and was very comfortable.One of our favorite parts was the pool and backyard. We spent most of our time out back, whether it was lounging by the pool, relaxing in the hot tub, or enjoying coffee in the morning on the private dock over the water.The house was stocked better than most places we’ve stayed! It made the trip relaxed and easy, like we could settle in and enjoy. We’d definitely stay here again!
