Welcome to our exquisite Northstar Studio nestled in the heart of the Northstar Village. This cozy studio offers the perfect blend of convenience and luxury for your mountain getaway. Situated just steps from the gondola, our studio provides direct access to Northstar`s ice skating, skiing/snowboarding, shopping, dining and recreation center. Whether you`re a winter sports enthusiast or a summer adventurer, this studio is in the midst of it all.

Location: Steps away from the gondola, the Slope Side Studio is situated in the heart of Northstar Village Resort. Enjoy the ease of skiing in and out, making the most of your time on the slopes, and relishing the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.

Proximity to Dining and Shopping: Indulge in the vibrant culinary scene and boutique shopping that Northstar Village has to offer. With a variety of dining options and charming shops, you`ll have a delightful array of choices right at your doorstep.

Recreation: Experience the thrill of skiing and snowboarding in the winter, and when the snow melts, explore the extensive mountain biking trails, tennis, swimming, outdoor playground, and gym. Northstar Village is a year-round playground, ensuring there`s always an adventure waiting for yourself, friends and family.

*Guest fee access is $10/person/day for any renting guest ages 5+.

Comfortable Living: Inside the studio, you`ll find a cozy and well-appointed space designed for relaxation and comfort. Slope side studio offers two beds, (1) King bed, and (1) Queen — an American Leather Sofa Sleeper with an upgraded gel mattress. Enjoy modern amenities, a fully equipped kitchenette (note: **not a full size kitchen**), Moccamaster drip coffee maker, heated boot dryer and heated bathroom floors all to ensure a restful night after your outdoor adventures.

Parking: this studio has one reserved uncovered parking space. There’s also additional free/paid parking surrounding Northstar Village.

Per Placer County STR ordinance, there is a two-adult maximum occupancy for this unit.

Pet Policy:
1) One dog per reservation (No cats due to severe owner allergy)

2) Pet`s are never to be left unattended in the condo at any time. Leaving pet`s unattended violates HOA guidelines and is a safety risk for the pet and potential noise nuisance to neighboring condo`s.

3) Pet`s are not allowed on the furniture.

4) All pet hair needs to be disposed in the trash. Do not wash pets in the shower or flush pet hair down the toilet. Any excessive cleaning due to pets will be charged directly to guests.
