Summary:
Nestled around all of the entertainment that University Heights offers is this newly constructed three-story, five-unit apartment/commercial building finished off with a modern layout, finishes, and below-ground secured parking.

The Space:
After a day of family adventures, return to this newly constructed apartment with secured parking and an elevator. As you step inside, experience the light, bright, and airy atmosphere of the open-layout design featuring 10-foot ceilings. The left side of the unit houses a living room with a pullout couch, smart TV, and a massage chair, while the right side includes a half bath, a separate laundry closet with a side-by-side washer and dryer, and an iron.
Continuing the open concept, explore the fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and a smart Samsung refrigerator for streaming music while you cook. The informal dining area, equipped with bar seating and a dining room table, leads to a small balcony with a propane grill.
One of the two bedrooms, located to the left of the kitchen, features a queen-sized bed and a twin trundle bed. This room also includes a smart TV and a full tub/shower combo ensuite bathroom. Head up to the second floor to find the Primary bedroom with a king-size bed, smart TV, a work desk, and a full walk-in shower ensuite bathroom. This bedroom grants exclusive access to the private balcony with a heated hot tub at 101 degrees and sun loungers, ready for your relaxation.

**The Sleeper sofa is only suitable for 2 children or 1 adult.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the secured parking garage, elevator and their own private apartment.

The Neighborhood:
University Heights is a neighborhood in Central San Diego, California centered on Park Boulevard and Adams Avenue. University Heights is bounded on the west and north by the edge of the mesa, the southern boundary is Lincoln Avenue, and the eastern boundary is Texas Street. The area is filled with a number of restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and artist studios primarily on Park Boulevard and Adams Avenue. Live entertainment can be found most nights. Adjacent to Hillcrest, Normal Heights and North Park, additional restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and night clubs are within easy reach.

Getting Around:
With a walking score of 87, plenty of activities are within reach. For anything outside of the neighborhood, a vehicle or Uber is recommended.

Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE: due to the spa being on the second floor balcony, the only way for the spa vendor to access the spa for servicing is through the bedroom. The spa vendor will knock on the door before entering. Please do not turn them away as the spa may become unusable and require extra maintenance if they are unable to service. They have a code to enter the unit so you do not need to be present unless you wish to be :)
No Pets Allowed
San Diego now requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive checkin info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online.

Great location!

My family and I enjoyed staying here. The beds were comfortable, the home was clean and it was walking distance to restaurants, bars and 24hr cofee and tea bars. I would stay here again!

Gorgeous space

This space is wonderful and has a great location. We loved the parking space in the garage and also the rooftop hot tub. Everything was clean and easy and we would definitely stay here again!

Long Weekend

Upon check in the property was extremely clean, exactly as advertised online, and perfect for our family of 3! The location in University Heights is perfect. Close to lots of eating and shopping! It’s also centrally located to easily get around San Diego!

San Diego get away

Chic apartment in University Heights. Plenty of coffee shops and restaurants within a block or less. Very close to Balboa Park. Nice hot tub on the patio. Would book again.

Best bedding ever

The mattress and sheets were among the best of the many VRBOs at which we have stayed. Why everyone does not provide cotton sheets is beyond me. Communication with the hosts was excellent. They were very prompt to reply to our messages. The location is ideal, there is a 24-hour coffee shop right across the street. There are numerous restaurants within an easy walk, as well as drug stores and a grocery store. The small desk in the master bedroom and the Wi-Fi proved very handy for doing some work. Both bathrooms were very accommodating and had nice showers. We really appreciate shower wands. The kitchen was equipped with plenty of dishes, cups and glasses. We made good use of the electric tea kettle and the toaster. We did not cook any meals, but there were plenty of pots and pans. We look forward to staying here again the next time we visit San Diego.

We would certainly stay here again during our next trip to San Diego! This unit was perfect for us.The location was great and very convenient to get anywhere in San Diego. Also, just a short walk away, we found great restaurants and coffee shops around the neighborhood. Inside the unit, the second level provided the added privacy and comfort we were not expecting. We also liked having individual A/C units and TVs in each room. The unit was clean and it had all the comforts and amenities we needed in addition to having the jacuzzi, which we enjoyed as well. Having a secured private parking under the building was definitely one of the things we liked the most as it eliminated the hassle of having to find street parking every time we went out. If we were to give any constructive feedback, we would recommend that the outside patio is cleaned as well as the inside of the unit, that new lounge chairs are purchased as the ones provided were not working properly, and provide more hangers for the closets. Overall, this was the perfect property for us for our 10 days stay and can't wait to be back soon. Thank you to the hosts for their prompt and professional communication!

Family vacation

We very much enjoyed our stay. Conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. Lots of space and everyone enjoyed the hot tub. Host was very quick to respond and easy to work with. Highly recommend

Amazing property, awesome hosts!

We truly enjoyed our stay at 4505 Park Blvd. Every aspect of the stay from check in to check out was flawless. Everything was just so comfortable. The hot tub was an added bonus after walking around all day. Having off-street parking was also great to have. I looking forward to staying here again.
