If you love Rafting, Kayaking, Hiking, Bike Riding and some peace and quiet this is the place for you as its only about 2 miles or 5 minutes from the Cunard River access of the New River in the New River Gorge National Park and Preserve. HollerRidge has beautiful mountain views that can be seen from the deck. Deer frequently come through the yard and it's 15 minutes away from either Fayetteville or Oak Hill. Helping build memories one at a time.

1452 HollerRidge is splendid with a very centralized location and an excellent coffee bar. The bedrooms were well stocked as were the bathrooms and kitchen area. The small ice maker was a definite plus. The temperature outside was very warm but when we arrived it was very cool and comfortable inside. Overall an outstanding 4 day experience.

This house is located on a peaceful property. It’s adorably decorated & has a sweet coffee bar, stocked with k cups & if you prefer the old fashioned pot, they have that too with liners and a few individual bags of ground coffee. They also have a snack bar! Their washer and dryer plays a cute little song when they are done washing or drying your clothes! That made doing laundry fun!!

It was well equipped. Full kitchen with everything we needed to prepare our meals. Also had several different flavors of coffee and had tea also. They had some bottled water in the refridgerator and some snacks and candy for visitors. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The area was very quiet and peaceful. The hosts are fast to communicate.

This quaint little house was perfect for our family of 5. The water pressure was great and fresh ( better than Florida water). The AC was cold. The back deck was nice for quiet evenings after a busy day of hiking/ site seeing.You can hear nature. All appliances worked fine, we used the washer/ dryer, dishwasher, and oven. This is a remote location, it's about 20 minutes from Fayetteville, through winding, up and down , zig zagging mountain roads. Not for the inexperienced driver. I'd be nervous in WV in the winter that's for sure. It's crazy how steep these roads are in a WV. I might have to have my brakes checked in my Dodge Durango to see how much brake pad is left, ha ha. The beauty in WV is amazing, the water falls, overlooks, hiking trails, the Bridge/ rivers, State Parks etc.. this turned out to be a great trip for us. Thanks. We were here from 7/2-6/26.Alan and Valerie G.

Beautiful home near New River Gorge

This was such a cute home near New River Gorge. The view was beautiful, and such a peaceful location. The hosts were very friendly and checked in frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. We had a great family vacation and made so many great memories!

White Water Rafting

This was a great place to stay for our White Water Rafting trip with Ace Adventure Resort. Very cool, windy drive to the house and only 15 min from the town. Pretty scenery from the deck and the house was just great for my family of 6.

A great, central location in the New River Gorge. Clear communication from the host, easy to find and access house (as long as you're comfortable walking down stairs), and a nice space for the four of us, especially the giant couch in the living room that was likely more comfortable than the beds. Lots of snacks and Keurig coffee pods were available as well as a coffee pot and maker for pour over. We were very happy with the place as a place to rest from our adventures.

Short trip to hike NRG before the 4th

The property was the perfect place to stay to visit different areas of NRG national park. We hiked on both sides of the bridge, Grandview, and Thurmond. We loved the quiet location, being able to grill dinner, enjoy the deck, and the adorable feline host that visited with us outside.

This little house was spotless and ready for whatever you needed. From paper plates and plastic ware, to pretty dishesn glasses, silverware. There is a perfect coffee nook with a very nice selection of coffees, snacks, chips. The couch is a dream, and so is the large, covered deck. Its up high and catches all the breeze.. The location is freaking cool. This little back road takes you to the house, and its such a cool drive. Its so peaceful. No traffic. Just the wind in the trees and birds singing. I loved this housen and the sweet people who own it. So many thoughtful touches. Excellent price. Excellent service. Excellent place. Thank you!!
