Enjoy this cozy, cottage-like home. It has 2 quaint bedrooms, comfortable living room and whimsical eat-in kitchen that is fully equipped to prepare meals. For your convenience and enjoyment the home has a smart tv. If you are traveling alone or with a small group, the place is excellent for a cozy, comfortable stay on a low budget.

Free, safe parking. 1 spot on site. Other vehicles must park on Willow St. around the corner. Bus stop outside at the front of the building. Driveway is first come first serve and is shared with upper apartment.

On site parking for 1 car. All other vehicles must park on Willow Street. Bus stop is outside the front door. Parking in the driveway is first come first serve.

**A Relaxing Vibe**
We ask that guests skip the parties during their stay — we want everyone to feel comfy and relaxed.

Smoking is not permitted inside the house, but you’re welcome to step outside if needed.

**Guests & Visitors**
To keep things cozy and secure, only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight or visit.

** Supplies**
We’ll set you up with toilet paper and paper towels to get you started. If you need more during your stay, just restock as needed.

**Noise & Neighborhood Courtesy**
We truly appreciate your mindfulness of our wonderful neighbors. Excessive noise may result in a $150 fee.

For disturbances during quiet hours (10 pm–7 am) or situations involving law enforcement, the fee is $500 and the reservation may be subject to cancellation.

** Keeping Things Tidy**
Please keep the space neat and tidy and clean up after yourselves so everyone can enjoy a pleasant environment.

** Check-Out**
Check-out is at 10 am. Before you head out, please leave the unit tidy:
-Wash and put away all dishes
-Toss all food into the garbage
-Take the trash out to the outside bins
