Downtown Binghamton 2nd floor, loft style Apartment. Completely renovated walk to Arena, Restaurants and Bars. Perfect location for a stay when visiting our great town for a B.U. visit, festivals or a work event, a home away from home. Enjoy staying in a home that is over 100 years old and renovated with all the conveniences of today. If you need more space please ask about our second apartment at the same location. This is a replica unit on the first floor which can have an open feel from unit to unit.

Family weekend

The property was perfect in every way!!! The location was great! I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely stay when visiting Binghamton again! Thank you Maureen for being a great host!

Amazing beds! Good location

So this place is walkable from the bus station (12 minute walk), is totally adorable, has amazingly comfortable memory foam i think beds with workable pillows (last few VRBOs i stayed at had horrendous pillows). It's got hardwood floors and a nice TV. Excellent communication with owner. Will definitely stay again!

Very nice apartment.

Very nice- everything is thought out and ready for a visit. Close to the historic mansion tours, River walk and downtown restaurants. We had one question on technology and our hosts responded quickly.

Beautiful apartment!

We were in Binghamton for our son's graduation from the University. The location is great. The apartment is beautiful. There is literally everything you need or want. Maureen thought of everything and if you need something or have a question she answers instantly. Wish we could've stayed longer. It was perfect!

Beautiful apartment near downtown Binghamton

We came to visit Binghamton and Syracuse Universities. The apartment is brand new, clean and stylish. The kitchen and bathroom are stocked with everything you would need. The area is quiet, but an easy walk to downtown Binghamton. We enjoyed the Roberson Museum a great deal too! Maureen is quick to answer any questions. We had a fabulous time in this beautiful apartment. Highly recommend.

Hidden GEM!

We absolutely loved renting this property. Being Binghamton natives we were unsure of the location but it proved to be perfect! We felt safe and the home was comfortable. Close to coffee shops, brewery, great food & east highway access. Will be renting again!

Hidden Gem in Binghamton

This split, multi-level property located conveniently close to downtown Binghamton what exactly what my group needed for our visit to the city for Binghamton's Alumni weekend. The unit was meticulously renovated with such care we could not believe. We wanted for nothing as the unit was well stocked with pots, pans, cutlery, dinner wear, towels, sheets, and even toiletries (and was clean as a whistle). There was a fun little firepit in the back which made roasting s'mores in the cool upstate weather an added treat to our stay. It was a quick walk to the bars and restaurants near State Street. We are hoping to rent both the upstairs AND downstairs unit in the future when we revisit Binghamton with a larger group (currently the upstairs unit comfortably slept our small group of 4). The host, Maureen, was very sweet and responsive to our messages which were essentially just to thank her because the unit was so well prepared, we really didn't need anything once we got the check-in details. Great find-- beyond our expectations.

Clean and cute!

This apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The check in process was easy and the lock pads on both the door to the home and the door to the apartment was appreciated for peace of mind. Owners left a basket of snacks and supplied detergent and kitchen supplies. Beds were comfy. The neighborhood is quiet. We did not have time to walk into town, as we came for a family reunion, but it is close! We would recommend this VRBO to friends and family.

Our ten day stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Maureen's property. The one hundred year old house has been splendidly renovated. We stayed in the second floor unit which was well appointed and immaculately clean. The central AC was greatly appreciated, as it was very hot and humid during our stay. We also enjoyed the modern appliances and fully equipped kitchen. We definitely hope to return for another visit.
