Welcome to Turtle’s Pace, your luxurious 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath oceanfront getaway in the peaceful, coveted section of North Topsail Beach between the bridges—perfectly positioned for easy access to both Surf City and Sneads Ferry.

From the moment you reach the top of the stairs and catch your first glimpse of the 180-degree ocean view, you’ll know you’ve found something special. With private beach access, a spacious and well-appointed layout, and features like a coffee bar, wine fridge, sound system, and EV charger, Turtle’s Pace offers a blend of comfort, elegance, and convenience.

Main Living Floor:
• Open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room with breathtaking views

We provide thoughtful “starter” supplies to kick off your stay:

• Dish soap and dishwasher tabs
• Powdered laundry detergent
• Bar soap (per bathroom)
• Ziplock bags, trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels
• CLEAN linens, including comforters and shams
• Noise machines available upon request (first come, first serve)

Our family has been vacationing at Topsail Island for almost 40 years. We have always stayed in oceanfront properties. This property had the best 5 BR layout that we have seen. Large rooms, well equipped for 6 adults and 6 young adult/teenagers from 3 households.

Beautiful home in an amazing location!

Our family had a wonderful week stay at Turtle's Pace! The space in the home and the location were perfect for all of us. Loved being able to see the sunrise over the ocean and the sunset over the creeks. We will absolutely be back - highly recommend!

Amazing as usual

Turtles pace is the only beach house this family will go to. Over 20 years now! It’s nice to that the younger ones still want to play with us older folks. Love having the beds made upon arrival. Hope to return next year.

Happy place

As usual this is a fantastic place for a family vacation. Have been in this house for many vacations and hopefully many more. The older I get the steps are a little more taxing but the view is worth it. Love having the beds made upon arrival. Looking forward to being back in July.

Lovely time in Lovely Beach Home

Turtle's Pace was wonderful! We had 3 days of Hurricane Debbie and were glad to have a nice big open kitchen/family area for 8 adults to read, puzzle, cook & play games while we watched to the storm from the safety of your beach home! The house was clean and nicely decorated!

The perfect place for a friend getaway.

We had a wonderful and memorable stay at A Turtle’s Pace. The house is immaculate, in excellent condition, and very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and roomy enough to enjoy creating meals together. Watching the sunrise over the ocean from the deck is a treasured memory. The location is ideal! Long walks, fun in the water and sand is all just steps from the house. I hope to return for many years to come.

Great place for multiple families or friends

I have stayed at this beautiful home multiple times and each time is a treat. Just setting on the back porch, rocking in the chairs while looking at the ocean is the most relaxing thing I can imagine. There is plenty of room for a large group and perfect for a girls week or a family trip. The home is recently remodeled and looks beautiful. I love the open kitchen and big dining room table. I look forward to more trips here.

Family vacation

We love staying at “A Turtles Place “. It’s perfect for multi families to stay with lots of room. We love sitting on the upper deck and enjoying our morning coffee and watching for seals in the ocean or having a nice cocktail late afternoon. We love. Coming dinner in and cooking/hanging out in the large kitchen. The views are amazing and Just steps to the ocean - this house is one of my all time favorites!!

Beautiful home and stunning views

I've stayed in this home year after year and it never ceases to amaze me how well the home is furnished and updated. Beautiful kitchen with room to seat 2 or 3 families with ease. Never any problems...... always kept in pristine, clean condition. The views from the porch (and on the beach) are peaceful and relaxing. I can't wait to return!

Everything about our stay was perfect!

We wish we could rate this rental more than 5 stars. So large and roomy and the kitchen and living room area can accommodate a crowd with plenty of seating and a very long kitchen table. The kitchen is stocked with everything imaginable. Everything is decorated so beautifully and it has been recently remodeled with an amazing kitchen and beautiful bathrooms. We have been to this property many times and will continue to go back. The location is ideal with restaurants close by and the views on both sides of the rental are so amazing.

Best beach getaway!

I had the opportunity to enjoy several days with some close girlfriends. We had the best time. The house was beautifully furnished, beds extremely comfortable with plenty of hot water for everyone. The kitchen had everything needed for a complete gourmet meals. Best of all the view and sunsets were incredible. Not only are you a few steps to your own private space on the beach but the views from the front of the intercostal was just as spectacular. There are so many great restaurants, seafood markets and gift shops to break up your time on the beach. Truly a magical, relaxing experience!!

Perfect Beach Getaway

A Turtle's Pace is the perfect house for a beach vacation. The bright beautifully decorated house is roomy and extremely comfortable. There is ample room for a large gathering. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything needed to prepare meals. The dining table has enough seating for even the maximum number of guests. The beach is easily accessed by the private walkway; it is a lovely wide beach with white sand and beautiful water. When you are not on the beach, you will want to relax in the rocking chairs on the deck and look out over the beautiful shoreline. We have stayed at this house many times during all seasons and always had a great stay.
