An open concept living / dining / kitchen space on the third floor, with an exceptionally beautiful pool that offers relaxing views of Lake Padre, marshland, and the beach in the distance. All of which allows you and your family and friends to enjoy all the conveniences of home in the relaxed surroundings of beach living. Its great location provides quick access to swimming, fishing, surfing and a variety of delicious dining options. It is positioned very close to the beach with access to one of two community boat slips, as well as a two car garage for convenient and shaded parking. This property is an awesome fit for families or a group of friends that enjoy vacationing together. This 4 bedroom and 3.5 bath unit can sleep up to 10 people in comfort!

CLEANING
-CLEAN BED PROMISE: Padre Escapes launders our standardized linen, including every comforter, every sheet, every pillowcase, every towel - EVERY TIME!
-After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 6100SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest’s name on the reservation.
