4 br/3 ba right across the street from the beach w/ partial Gulf view from the private balcony. Private 6 person hot tub on the back patio. 2 master suites with king beds, 3rd bedroom also has a king bed & 4th bedroom has a queen bed. There is a queen credenza bed in the living room & a futon in the loft for additional guests. Arcade style video game w/ 60 classic games in the loft. 2 assigned parking spaces in front of the unit with overflow parking on the street in front of the complex.

Family vacation

The location was close to beach and had everything we needed from kitchen, laundry, beach chairs and toys, not to mention a ton of beach towels, what a convenience. The community pool was a good size and never overly packed and we even got use of the hot tub. Definitely would stay again.

Got to the property in this place was freaking amazing. I can’t tell you how excited we were to be able to enjoy our time at this property. Definitely be coming back and staying without a doubt.

Despite a hiccup at the beginning of our stay, we ended up having a great weekend! Michael was extremely accommodating and responsive to all our questions and concerns. The condo is furnished with great amenities and the proximity to the beach was fantastic. The beds were comfortable and there was good space for our group! We hope to return in the near future! Padre Island Trip

This place was amazing! It was only a short walk to the beach. The unit was clean and had plenty of beach chairs, beach towels and beach toys. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed.

Great short trip!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. The process from booking to check out was seemless. The property itself is very welcoming , clean and sticked with more than essentials.Proximity to the beach always a plus, hotub very relaxing and heated pool was great as well. A little something for us all to do.Mr. Scott was easy to communicate with and responded very timely.Will definitely be staying again in the future.Thank you.

Great home!

We had seven adults and 3 children and had plenty of room. It was so great to have plenty of beach chairs, each towels and toys available to use. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, bowls and other utensils so also very helpful. Would pick this one again for sure!

Perfect family stay

We had 12 people in our party age ranged from 1 year old to adult. This townhome was conveniently located right across from the beach and close to markets and dining. There is a mini golf course as well as other outdoor activities for kids if all ages. The host was easy to reach and responded quickly. If we ever decide to go back to Padre Island would stay here again!

So Much Fun

Winter Texans from Minnesota...2nd year..Townhouse was perfect...Owner was extremely responsive..Location perfect..townhouse had main floor master..hot tub was bonus!! Pool was relaxing..not very crowded except a few days of Spring break and a few days at Easter. So much Fun!!

Excellent place to stay!

I have been renting a beach location home every summer for the last 15 years. This townhome was by far the cleanest, best equipped home I have ever rented. It housed 5 adult women comfortably and had everything we needed. Plenty of extra toilet paper and paper towels. Linens were very nice. Plenty of beach chairs, beach towels, games and boogie boards. The home was very clean and nicely decorated. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Family Vacation

We had 9 in our group ranging from 2-50. We had an enough space for everyone to comfortably be. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens. The best part is all the beach stuff- coolers, chairs, towels, toys, boogie boards. We were able to walk to the beach or drive to different beaches close by. The kitchen was stocked so we were able to cook meals too. Having TV in each of the rooms was a bonus! We highly recommend and would stay again. Mike was quick to respond to any of our needs and checked in on us.

This is a MUST if you come to N Padre!!

This place was just the BEST!! Michael is a most gracious, communicative host. The place was so clean and so well stocked, inside & out. You pretty much need to bring only yourself. SO close to the beach. If you just want to walk, entry is pretty much across the road; this is the best to catch the sunrise. If you want to drive to the beach, the beach entry is 5 minutes down the road. You will not regret staying here.

Great, would stay again.

I would give more than 5 stars if possible. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed, including beach towels, kitchen items, toiletries, etc. Michael checked with us several times throughout our stay to make sure things were going well for us. He even offered several recommendations for places to eat. The condo is very close to the beach, just a short walk . We loved the private hot tub and used it almost daily. If we return to this area we will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful!

This was a wonderful condo! We enjoyed everything about it. We had a family of 7 and had more than enough room (obviously you can fit more). Everything was clean and easy to find. Condo was very well stocked. Michael is an amazing host and the communication was a 10/10! Loved the close access to the beach. We rented a golf cart from salty dolphin for the weekend. That was a close walk as well. We couldn’t have asked for a better location.

Family Spring Break 2025

The size of this place was great for 3 adults and 3 teenagers.Kitchen clean and stocked! Able to cook all meals without missing a beat! I would replace one of the pans, add a few more smaller plastic cups and a pair of scissors, but that's more personal preference. The dishwasher wasn't working, so that was a bummer, but Michael responsibly let us know on our way there and I bought some paper products to cut down on dishwashing. The 8 beach chairs, 12 beach towels, and 3 boogie boards were all in great shape! There were 3 coolers, but 2 of them had broken plugs, so could not use. The large one worked, but too big to walk over to the beach and too big for our car, but we had brought a few collapsible lunch bags, so no big deal. Our kids loved the hot tub and game table and having their own TV in their bedrooms, which they don't have at home, so it was a treat for them. ALL of the beds, pillows, bedspreads, and sheets were very comfortable in all 4 bedrooms and everyone slept good!!! The big TV in the living room served our March Madness NCAA watching crew well! The hose in the front door to wash everything off after the beach helped to not track in a bunch of sand. Michael is a great host and we would choose his place again if we ever come back to corpus Christi! Thank you for renting your place to us. We had a wonderful, relaxing beach vacation!!
