Wonderful

Charming and spacious home! Everything was comfortable, clean and as described. The premier ocean view is why we booked … it simply can't be topped. Steps from the beach and unobstructed view of the ocean set this home apart.

Great weekend

This was our 2nd time staying in Breezy Point and it was just as good this time as the last time. It's close to most of the restaurants and stores, great open view of the beach, easy access to the beach with and without a golf cart. House is very nice and well appointed will be back for sure.

Family Vacation

This is our first stay at Breezy Point and lets just say it was incredible. We had our entire family down there. The beech is so close so we could watch our kids come and go from the house for play time. The space was just enough to not feel crowded and to also feel at ease and at rest. If you are looking for the perfect get away for your family, I would rank this is a great option! We are already booking for next year!

Perfect New Year’s Stay

Pictures do not do this house justice - it is just lovely! Great location, property management was spot on with everything and super responsive, the house had pretty well everything you could want and more. Our group consisted of 3 older couples but It would work well for a family or a girl’s weekend. Very clean and well maintained. Definitely recommend and look forward to coming back for another stay.

Covid 19 Getaway

We rented the house with another family and the four rooms perfectly fit all 8 of us. The beach was just a few minutes walk from the house so it was easy to come and go as needed. The house had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated. WE couldn't have asked for a better place for a quick getaway!

AN HGTV DREAM BEACH HOUSE

Our experience at Breezy Point was wonderful! Best view! Loved the updated design. Loved the layout of bedrooms, bathrooms and great room. Deck furniture was awesome. Location was great, quiet end of street and easy path to the beach. Livingroom furniture was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend and would rent again. Thank you for a great stay.

Lovely beach home

My husband and I and our adult children stayed along with my grandson and our mini schnauzer. This beach house felt more like a beach home--it was decorated so nicely and was so well stocked with lovely serving dishes and more than enough cooking and baking pots and pans. It is beachfront, and mere steps to a very wide part of Boliver Peninsula beach. The location is built up more than Gilchrist and Caplen, which we enjoyed. There were stores close by and we liked having people around. People are very polite and not noisy even on Saturday night. We were very happy with the entire experience.

The house was great!

The Breezy-Point house was very clean when we arrived. Everything was not only beautiful and well decorated, but very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked and we cooked every day we were there. It's really nice to be able to pack your clothes and have everything else waiting for you when you arrive. I loved the openness of the house. The beds were very comfortable and inviting. We have rented beach houses several times and this one is definitely a favorite. I would rent again. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Amazing time at the beach

The house was stunning and I wish I could have taken that kitchen and view home with me. We spent a lot of time out on the balcony feeling the ocean breeze and getting some sun. We brought things that we thought we'd need, but ended up leaving some things like trash bags, etc. there and brought some stuff back home because there was plenty at the house already. You will not regret staying here.
