¿Está buscando un alquiler de vacaciones que ofrezca paz y tranquilidad? ¿Quieres alejarte de todo el ajetreo de la vida de la ciudad? ¡Entonces esta es la casa para ti! En 2008, el huracán Ike devastó la subdivisión de Caplen Shore. Pelican Bluff es el primer hogar en regresar. ¡Esta casa de playa tiene una espectacular vista del golfo desde la sala de estar, el dormitorio principal y el dormitorio de invitados! Los dormitorios incluyen dormitorio principal con cama king size, habitación de invitados con cama queen y una habitación con literas con 1 cama doble y 1 cama individual. This was one of the best homes we've stayed in so far. Its clean, has extra blankets, but Bring your own spices, oil whatever you need to cook. Do not forget to bring everything for mosquitoes, they are very aggressive! Other than that enjoy the view, the beach and create awesome memories!

Always a pleasure! Lost count over the past 9 years but have stayed at this property at least 10 times -- both short weekend getaways and most recently Mon-Fri. House is always CLEAN with comfortable beds, great a/c, ceiling fans, kitchen with everything needed, washer/dryer and Roku TVs with all the streaming apps. But the best part is the deck with unobstructed beach view and private access to the beach via an adorable bridge that is a must for photos! (Golf carts cross with ease!) If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle, enjoy a slice of serenity and perch on a deck with a beach breeze or barbecue & entertain below this is for you! This trip was only 2 people, but we've had as many as 6 adults and 3 children. Owner Margene is tried & true - never had a single issue and always appreciate how she seeks feedback and looks for ways to raise her already high bar. We've returned many times for a reason, and it's been a favorite getaway for years!

What an Awesome Experience we had when we stayed! Not only was the owner very responsive if we had any questions but the location and ambiance was wonderful! There’s a personal golf cart trail right to the beach which was so convenient. We will definitely stay here anytime we come back to Crystal Beach.

Communication was fluid and got an unexpected third night at a really, very good price. Our house has been nothing but gracious and we will not hesitate to come stay here again and plus we clean better than the housekeepers.

I want to thank these guests for the five star review. I really enjoyed hosting them. Conversations with them were easy and fun. They have a great sincere humor. The best part is they left the house in immaculate condition. I just want to clarify one comment. I am a very hands on owner. Since I live so close I personally check the houses before the guest arrived. I was there an hour before these guests check in to ensure the house was in good condition. Anyone reading this can rest assured that if there was any issue it would have been dealt with before arrival. I look forward to their return! They are ALWAYS welcome!!

I want to thank you for such a nice review. I'm glad you appreciate Pelican Bluff. It is a special place. Not just the view but also all the wild flowers that grow around it and down the golf cart path. It makes for a wonderous walk to the beach. And then there are the various types of birds that fly in and out of the ponds to drink water or catch dinner. You won't find many houses that offer such a great display of wild life. Many years ago I moved to California from Nebraska but have always missed the mid-western values and hospitality. Through the advice of my brother Mike Walz of Crystal Beach's Walz Family Builders I seized the opportunity to sell my California condominium and built on Bolivar. I appreciate the area and the hospitality. It is like coming back to my roots. I am very pleased to be able to share my home with you. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. Since my brother owns a home and a business in Crystal Beach I have visited many times. Each time I fell more and more in love with the area. I decided to invest my retirement money here and started with Pelican Bay. It has been such a pleasant experience with wonderful, wonderful guests! So when an opportunity arose I jumped at the chance to purchase a second home. I can't wait to share this peaceful stress-free beach with you.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The most spectacular thing about Pelican Bluff is the spectacular beach front view. The front deck is 16' deep - 8' is covered and 8' is uncovered. Guests are able to enjoy the shade, read, sip a glass of wine or beer or tan in the sunshine. The family area under the house includes a shower, a two built-in picnic tables and charcoal grill. It is a wonderful area that will accommodate many family members and guests. It offers you all the comforts of home with the additional bonus of hearing and watching the surf.
