Host was very communicative and thoughtful. Check in process was extremely smooth and we had such a pleasant stay. It was an ideal location and the neighborhood was really nice and peaceful. Would highly recommend staying here.

Great stay in Frisco!

We stayed here during a 4 day swim meet for our boys. This house had everything you’d need for a home away from home. Great location, all amenities, clean and comfortable! The host had amazing communication as well. Will stay again!

Great stay in Frisco

Spent a few days here while volunteering at the KPMG LPGA Championship, and i couldn't have been more pleased. The check-in process was a breeze, and the property was clean and well kept. Would stay again and I'd highly recommend it!

Worth the stay

House was nice. Did cleanliness as a 4 because previous guest had left trash out back and it was not picked up. I do always clean bathrooms before using every where i stay but they were clean for the most part. Would stay again

The stay was okay overall. The owner was responsive, and the home had basic supplies and was mostly clean. However, several issues—like unreliable WiFi, drainage problems in the second bathroom, and an uncomfortable guest bed—made it hard to fully relax. Photos didn’t quite match the actual space, it felt less polished than portrayed . The WiFi showed strong signal but was too unstable to stream TV or work online. We had to rely on our own hotspot to stay connected, which was frustrating—especially with grandchildren in the house and the World Series airing during our visit. A dependable fast internet setup is essential for a rental. I understand a rental may not be perfect, but I do expect a comfortable, functional environment and attention to minor details. It wasn’t a bad stay, only a few items made it difficult to fully enjoy the trip.

We stayed here for a cheer competition at Comerica! The place was great, the neighborhood was quiet and the renters were amazing! The cooking pans had been ruined from another renter, they ordered some and had them delivered the next morning. Everything was close and convienent! It was a great stay!

Wonderful Stay at this Home.

We stayed in this home for 35 nights so we could be in town when my Daughter and son in law had their second baby. We also were needed to assist in the care of our 5 year old grandson. In addition we brought our dog.The house was wonderful and the owner was super responsive for the few questions we had during our stay. The fenced yard was great for our dog. When visiting, our grandson enjoyed the foosball table and the nearby park which included two playgrounds and the hockey/soccer rink. My wife and I enjoyed walking in the nearby park with our dog and the senior center (we are over 60) which was a 5 minute walk away.. The Senior center is just a few years old and includes top of the line workout equipment, great fitness classes, two pickle ball courts, pool tables, etc. We were able to join for 10 per month and the fitness classes were an additional 6. We could have not had a better experience. Thank You!!

Stated ok ended terribly. 6 adults 2 bath towels total. Contacted the host and the towels finally arrived at nearly 10pm. These were 4 bags of new towels from Walmart. After we checked out I was contacted by the host stating that 3 towels were damaged beyond and had to be replaced. The damage was women’s makeup which the host claimed could not be washed out. There was also a food stain on the bed cover. This resulted in a 150 damage claim being filed against me and later a second 150 damage claim. I spent nearly 2 hours on with customer service trying to get this resolved. The resolution was the initial 150 damage claim for 3 towels that retail for 3.97 each. No doubt in my mind that I’m being charged because the host had to pay someone to go out and buy towels that I should have had from the beginning. Of all the years my wife, 2 adult daughters and I have rented properties like this, this is the first time we’ve ever been charged for towels because the makeup “didn’t wash out” If you stay here, which I don’t recommend, don’t wear any makeup.
