Luxury Pool Home in Rotonda West, near Englewood, Boca Grande, Venice, Port Charlotte and North Port. We built this home in the last two years and added some special features for your enjoyment. A nice big Pool. We made the kitchen larger and added the quartz countertops. We love the great open concept. We have a nice dining area with seating for 8 plus 4 bar stools. We have 3 nice size bedrooms and two Bathrooms. Our master bedroom has a king size bed with a bathroom attached. The spare room has a queen bed and the last bedroom has two twin beds. Look for the coordinates of the beaches in the spare bedrooms. We also added the screen lanai for your comfort. I enjoyed doing the decorating with a horse theme in the great room. We have enjoyed the white horses on the beach in our travels.
We have numerous golf courses in Rotonda and are only 10 minutes away from the beautiful Island of Gasparilla. Boca Grande is a fabulous place where many stars and Presidents have spent time. It is my favorite place in the world. They actually are known for the best tarpon fishing in the world. You will enjoy the many great Restaurants and the beautiful pristine beaches. Also, enjoy the Lighthouse and the Museum on Gasparilla Island. We are also very Close to Englewood beach. I Enjoy the shops on Dearborn Street in Englewood and shops in Boca Grande. We also have Cape Haze PioneerTrails.
One of our other favorite spots is Fishermans Village. We enjoy the tiki bar on the water. We also are very excited about the new Sunseeker Waterfront Resort (Allegiant Airlines New Resort) with world class restaurants and bars on Charlotte Harbor. It is by our local Airport and only about 20 to 25 minutes away.

We are from Pennsylvania and have been renting properties for the past 17 years. We really enjoy Florida and have been taking our children there for more then 30 years. We have two children. Our oldest is Milatary and retired. Our youngest child is working on her Doctorate at the 449-9641University of Kentucky. We have one grandchild that lives in Germany. We are now retired and travel a good part of the year and visit Florida the rest of the time.

We love Rotonda. It is so close to the beaches and my favorite place on earth is Boca Grande. The best Island. The other beach is Engelwood, Blind Pass or Stump Pass. Rotonda has a circle in the center with many golf courses for your enjoyment. We enjoy the beautiful weather all year round. . We have truly found our happy place.

The decor is very special to us. My husband loved to ride horses. He had a local paper route when he was young to pay for his riding on the weekends. He recently lost his special riding partner. His Cousin passed away.... so I surprised him with the house decor. The bedrooms are decorated with my favorite past time. I rode bike every weekend with my close friend. The other room is about boating. We spend a lot of time boating at Boca Grande. It is only 10 minutes to the boat launch. I also have traveled around to see my favorite lighthouses. I have a certificate in decorating and just love it. The closest lighthouse and beach is Boca. Enjoy your visit to the beautiful area.
