The space
This home has two bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed.
Upstairs has the two bedrooms, two full baths, and laundry.
Downstairs has an open kitchen/living room with a half bath for convenience. The attached one car garage allows plenty of storage space.

We offer competitive pricing that reflects the seasonal fluctuations in demand for outdoor recreational activities in Bend, OR. Here's a breakdown of our pricing:
• Peak Season (June, July, August): $3800-$3900/month (standard pricing)
• Shoulder Season (May and September):
• Preferred pricing: $3500-$3600/month (normal retail price)
• Discounted pricing (if necessary): 25% off ($2850)
• Off-Season (October to April): 25% off ($2850)
• Special Consideration (November to February): We prioritize keeping the units occupied during these slower months, so we're open to negotiations.
Utilities
To help keep things fair and sustainable, a cap of $300 per month applies. A monthly invoice will be sent to you if usage goes beyond this amount. Tenants are responsible for covering any difference or usage beyond the $300 cap. This policy was introduced after an unusually high bill caused by a guest leaving the AC running with windows open. We trust this won’t be an issue, but we want to be transparent about how utilities are handled.
We look forward to discussing your accommodation needs and finding a mutually beneficial agreement.
A refundable security deposit of $3000 must be paid before move-in.
