Just finished renovating (December 2021), this property is immersed in the splendid hills surrounding Florence, just 7 kilometers from the centre. With an amazing view of the Tuscan countryside, surrounded by absolute quiet but a strategic base for visiting Tuscany. Independent townhouse, with private parking (2 cars), spread over three floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with sofa bed, laundry room, bathroom, open space kitchen (2 refrigerators, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, pots and everything for cooking, table, chairs for all guests and direct access to the garden On the two upper floors there are two identical suites with a bedroom (king bed), living room with sofa bed and complete bathroom (WC, bidet sink and XL shower).
On the first floor there is access to the large terrace. It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 adults and two children. Three bathrooms, kitchen with table with garden access and lounge area, grill, dinner with view. Part of a big Villa. Family host
