The Space:
The main level features a large living/dining/kitchen area with full sized appliances, access to the patio with patio lights and outdoor furniture and a small FULL Bathroom (don't be fooled- the shower is right above your head!) and exposed brick. Upstairs are two bedrooms including one with a king bed, and a full bathroom. The lower level features a large separate bedroom that has a full kitchen and a full bathroom too. There is a washer/dryer upstairs and a combo washer/dryer in the lower level.

Guest Access:
You'll have easy access to the property 24/7 through our electronic lock, which generates a unique code for each guest that automatically expires upon their departure and won't work before their arrival.

The Neighborhood:
Shaw is a historic DC neighborhood with green parks, brick sidewalks and lots of historic rowhomes. There are tons of restaurants, bars and coffeeshops, plus Metro and the Convention Center, all within blocks.

Getting Around:
Buses go in front of the house, there are bike lanes on New Jersey avenue (rent a bike using the Lyft and Uber apps, or use Lyft or Uber to get a private car. But you can easily walk just about anywhere you want to go as well, since you are so centrally located.
