Welcome to the Hillview Estate – a spacious and beautifully appointed waterfront getaway nestled in a peaceful cove just off the constant-level Lake LBJ. Designed for large families, corporate retreats, and groups seeking a serene escape, this private estate offers the ideal blend of luxury, comfort, and lakeside adventure.
Originally built with four bedrooms, the home has been thoughtfully reimagined to feature six distinct sleeping areas, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests. Two fully equipped kitchens and separate interior living spaces make it easy for multiple families or groups to enjoy privacy while gathering together. Outside, guests can choose from three outdoor dining areas, including two covered patios perfect for lakeside meals or evening cocktails.
Step outside and you're just feet from the water. We are in a private cove...so swimming or floating is much more tranquil than on the lake at large. While not necessarily outfitted with a private boat ramp, we have a couple places on the property that you can just lower your trailer into the water to launch smaller boats (25 foot or less) directly from the property and there is all kinds of room to store the trailer during your stay as well. The boat house is reserved for the owner's personal vessel but guests are welcome to bring their own lake floats or personal watercraft that are ready for fun. There are also a few marinas within 10-20 minute drives away from which you can rent boats and other watercraft.
To elevate your stay, our local management team offers optional concierge services including grocery stocking, airport transfers, private wine tours, on-site chefs, early check-in / late checkout (when available), and more—making your visit truly effortless.
