Hello We’re sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. However, we want to clarify for future guests that our listing clearly states that the home is located in an area with natural surroundings, which includes wildlife and roosters. Because of this, we provide white noise machines in the home to help mitigate any outside sounds for those who may be sensitive to them. It’s unfortunate that you did not review all of the details in the listing before booking or take advantage of the white noise machines provided. We always encourage guests to read the full description to ensure our home is the right fit for their stay. For those who appreciate nature and the unique charm, and of course the convenient location, our home continues to be a favorite among guests in the area. I also want to note that this Guest tried to sabotage our home and left hidden coffee, grounds, and food throughout before their unexpected early departure. Thankfully, we cleaned thoroughly between guests and we have preventive measures in place. We would not host Randi again.
