Beautiful view, lovely decor, super clean.

We absolutely love this place! We have stayed several times over the last few years and it’s as fresh and clean as it was the first time. The view of the bay is what draws me. The comfort and peaceful nature of the decor puts me in such a relaxed and happy attitude!

Family vacation.

We had a wonderful time at your condo. The views were spectacular. we watched birds and dolphins and stingrays from the deck. everything was very clean and the condo had all the comforts of home.

They have a wonderful property!

We really enjoyed our stay. The view was great, even got to see dolphins from the balcony. The condo was very well stocked and clean. The building was quiet. The pool was heated. The area is easy to get around. We had a great stay.

Paradise.

A beautiful, well presented, well equipped property with everything we could have hoped for. Spectacular views over water; we saw stunning sunrises and dolphins almost every day. We really enjoyed our stay here. Comfortable bed, living area and deck; well stocked kitchen with higher end appliances, and that view! Crazy beautiful! The owners have thought of everything and are excellent to work with. Highest recommendation.

Spectacular View

We stayed almost 2 weeks at this very comfortable property. It was clean, well appointed and had everything we needed for our stay. Lots of natural light, a spectacular balcony view of the bay. We appreciated the beach accessories the hosts left for our use. The building has nice amenities. Highly recommend.

Our guest's wonderful review is much appreciated! We have two beautiful properties at Isla Del Sol. Both are spacious, beautifully decorated and well-appointed. By far the best feature of our condos is the spectacular panoramic waterfront views! What better way to unwind and relax, than to sit on a waterfront balcony and enjoy the dolphins, manatee and other wildlife. We invite new guests to come and experience this for themselves.

Lovely vacation

The condo was very nicely furnished and comfortable. The pictures very accurately depict the condo. The pool was lovely and the view from the condo was amazing. The condo was equipped with everything needed for our vacation. My husband and I have been coming to Florida for over 20 years and have never stayed at the same place more than once but we would definitely stay here again. Magnificent view, beautifully appointed, rejuvinatingly serene!

We enjoyed our second stay at this beautifully decorated condo even more than the first time we stayed! As former residents of St. Pete Beach, we love being so close to old friends, family and our favorite beaches and restaurants. We so appreciate you sharing your condo with us! Everything is perfect, from the well-equipped kitchen to the most comfortable beds and linens! What we loved most is sitting on the balcony looking out over the Boca Ciega Bay. I could sit there for hours soaking in the serenity, enjoying the dolphins and anticipating what the herons, egrets and other birds might do. We look forward to returning and rejuvenating again soon!

A wonderful experience from start to finish. Everything as described and has each and every guest describes. The owners do really go out of their way to make your vacation a pleasant one, not only with the exceptional Condo and the ease of booking, but arranged for me to join the golf club for the Month doing all the ground work, for myself just having to pay on the Internet. It's these things that make the holiday experience a truly memorable one. The view is as described and will live in my memory until I return. Once inside, like everyone says fine linen, fresh towels, fine wine glasses, and for one that likes to cook fine sharpe knives and cutlery. I had a wonderful and truly memorable month stay here. I will defiantly be looking to return in 2013

Everything you need!

The condo had everything we needed. We had a wonderful time! We enjoyed the wildlife that appeared daily in the waters beneath the balcony in this very peaceful setting. It was a very short drive to beaches and restaurants.

Beautiful place

Beautiful place , very clean. Everyone is so nice and friendly . The view is breath taking. A lot of restaurants near by. Kim & Jay did an excellent job.

Super Location

We have stayed at this property multiple times and highly recommend it. Jay and Kim are very accommodating and address our questions immediately. The view from the condo is magnificent with sightings of pelicans, terns, dolphins (and even an occasional frigate bird) and more are common. Easy access to the beach is a plus. Delightful and amazing views from this condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Jay and kim’s 8th floor condo. It was true to their pictures ~ spacious, light filled, clean, with an updated kitchen. But the water view was the best feature of all. It was a treat to sit on the balcony and enjoy the sunshine and serene views of boga ciega bay.

Thanks so much to our guests for this wonderful review! The panoramic water view is fantastic from our balcony and from all windows in the condo. We have decorated the condo with soft and serene colors in keeping with the seaside Floridian atmosphere. The well-stocked kitchen is always appreciated by our guests as well as the recent addition of all new stainless steel appliances. Cleanliness and proper maintenance are important to us as well. That is why we visit our condos on a regular basis. We want our guests to experience only pleasant surprises!

Excellent condo, beautifully furnished & decorated

We have stayed in this condo before and will be very likely to do so again. The balcony view is lovely, the pool and facilities are very good and the owners take great care of both their guests and the condo itself, which had everything we could possibly need. The location, near to St.Pete Beach is perfect for restaurants and shopping and the nearby beaches of Passe-a-grille and Fort de Soto State park are just great. Altogether a terrific vacation.

Delightful

The owners take great care of this condo and it shows. The property is very nicely decorated and has everything we needed; it was very comfortable and also has a great view from the balcony. We enjoyed a delightful and relaxing stay. We will definitely return.

Super Condo

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo. The view is spectacular and we are pleased with the cleanliness of the condo. Jay & Kim are very easy to work with and we are happy with the other features of the property (i.e. security, pool, parking, etc.). Condo 380049

The condo was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything anyone could possibly need, all of which was of high quality. Views from the balcony were outstanding providing an opportunity to see manatees, dolphins, and numerous sea-birds in their natural environment. My wife took advantage of the very well equipped fitness center of the second floor and we both used the library on the third floor. The grounds throughout Isla del Sol are tended carefully and the development is beautifully landscaped making for enjoyable morning and anytime walks. The swimming pool area is well set up with plenty of room for owners/guests. There was one minor issue to which the owners responded quickly and effectively thus ensuring a trouble-free vacation. If privacy is important, be assured that you will not be disturbed other than by the occasional cries of sea-birds. We were somewhat disappointed that there is no place to barbecue—for obvious reasons not in the condo but neither near the pool area nor any other venue. As well, for those who prefer the beach option, it is accessible with a five to ten minute drive to lovely beaches. The residents, whether living there or vacationing are very friendly and most welcomingl. My wife and I would, without reservation recommend this condo very highly as a desired vacation destination.

luxury Bahia waterfront condo

This was a great vacation. The unit was impeccable-clean and in top notch condition. All possible furnishing and equipment details present and organized so they're easy to find. Private covered parking, panoramic views of Bay, bridges and adjacent properties. Wonderful wildlife including dolphins, pelicans ,egrets etc. Pool and exercise areas convenient and immaculate. Beaches, restaurants, St Pete all within short drive easy reach. Can,t go wrong with this rental for relaxation, beauty , and convenience. Owners are remarkably attentive to detail, and are friendly, helpful folks--second time we've stayed in one of their units, and wouldn't hesitate to do so again- we recommend with no reservations
