Welcome to Turquoise Place C1904, where you CAN have it all: luxurious comfort, gorgeous views and endless on-site amenities; all while being conveniently located to everything Orange Beach has to offer! This 2,300 square ft condo has 3 bedrooms/3.5 baths and sleeps 10 guests. Bed sizes are 2 kings, 2 queens and a sleeper sofa.

When entering the condo, two of the three bedrooms are on each side of the hallway. To the right, a bedroom furnished with a king size bed, full closet, tv and an en suite bath with a tub/shower combo. To the left, a bedroom furnished with two queen size beds, full closet, tv and an en suite bath with a step-in shower.

Proceeding down the hallway is a guest half bath and a full-size laundry room with washer and dryer for your convenience during your stay.

As you enter the open floor plan, you'll come into the full-size kitchen with granite countertops, Subzero appliances, Keurig as well as a 12-cup coffee maker, and all of the kitchen essentials needed to prepare basic meals. At the wet bar, a wine color and ice maker.

The living room area is furnished with plenty of seating for relaxing in front of the tv while enjoying the gas fireplace and gulf views.

Just off of the living room is the main bedroom furnished with a king size bed, tv and desk area. This bedroom has direct access to the balcony. This bedroom also has an en suite bathroom with a step-in shower, jacuzzi tub, double sinks and walk-in closet.

Enjoy the large private balcony with plenty of seating along with a new (Winter of 2024) gas grill. Please note, there is not a hot tub on this balcony.

Turquoise Place has an abundance of amenities; 5 pools including 2 heated indoor saltwater pools, zero-entry outdoor pool with live entertainment during Summer, outdoor pool (East Tower), a 450 ft lazy river, on-site bar & grille, poolside cabana rentals, sauna and steam rooms, fitness gym, tennis/pickleball courts and children's playground. NEWLY ADDED IN 2024, there is now a water slide, splash pad and putting green. Beach chair and umbrella rental services are available March-October for your convenience.

While Turquoise Place has all you could desire with its on-site amenities, it's also conveniently located to many of the finest restaurants and entertainment Orange Beach has to offer. Louisiana Lagniappe, CoastAL, Cobalt and Voyagers, just to name a few, are all located within 2 miles of Turquoise Place. If it's family entertainment or recreation you are looking for, there are numerous dolphin cruises, charter fishing boats, bike trails and boat rental options located within minutes.

*PARKING PASSES: One parking pass is included in the fees portion of your reservation. Should you need additional parking passes, please communicate this to us PRIOR to your check-in date. All parking passes must be purchased before your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in process.

*MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: The individual booking the property must be AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD and staying the ENTIRE duration of the reservation.
