It was indeed a charming home. Very well appointed it was a pleasure to stay there Unlike the usual VRBO’s, there was literally everything you could possibly need. From dishes to utensils to plenty of ice. Very charming and warmly decorated . We will return.

Such a warm welcoming ... well equipped home away from home to stay while we "worked" an antique show in Roseville! Exhausted each night so your place was a comfort for sure!!! Would love to stay agian next show( usually in spring) Loved the evi grill beds so comfy and house so clean yard and patio

This house is wonderfully appointed with all of the amenities you could want! This is definitely feels like a “home” VRBO, not a property that is purchased for rental and sterile. Deana is an amazingly thoughtful and generous host from start to finish. The beds and rooms are all very comfortable and its proximity to The Grounds was perfect for us! Every time we have tournaments at The Grounds, this will be our place to stay!

Clean, comfortable, charming

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Our host was amazing. She made sure we had everything we needed and also provided some fun extras like a great coffee bar, Italian cookies and creamer for my coffee. We all enjoyed the beautiful garden - so peaceful. Communication was great too. We would be happy to stay here again.

Comfortable home

Excellent home to stay when in town. Accommodation were great. Communication was great. The beds were very comfortable. Id stay again if we every come back to Roseville for any length of time.

Fun Roseville house

The house is cozy and the kitchen extremely well stocked. There are lovely outdoor gathering places and an amazing pizza oven and grill. Beds and sofas are super comfortable and it’s a great house for a small dog as well. Highly recommend!

Slice of heaven

Amazing home. So cozy and welcoming. The yards and flowers are inviting to sit , relax anf just breathe. Super cute towns and lots of delicious food options. Will definitely come again and do more ecploring!

Family Visit

We had a family visit earlier during the month and stayed at this property. We found the owner and home so cozy and welcoming, not to mention conveniently located to everything, we returned and stayed again. Always a pleasure.

Amazing house

This little house is so beautiful. From the gardens to the decor inside this property is beautiful and comfortable. Very close to everything we needed. The hostess was very nice reliable and communication was fast. Dinner on the patio is a must.

We had an amazing stay over the holidays. The house was perfect! We loved the sweet holiday decorations and touches throughout and made use of the easy to use fireplace. While the weather was frightful the house was warm and inviting. We loved looking out at the beautiful yard and on one sunny day the birds came to visit. I can only imagine how beautiful the yard looks during other seasons and hope to see it again someday. I know how much work it takes and you can tell it is a labor of love.The house had all of the amenities one could need. The location was perfect to our family and friends.The host was amazing, provided perfect information and checked on us to ensure everything was well. Coffee and cookies were very much appreciated as well as the lights being left on since we arrived late. These little touches made us feel so welcomed. A wonderful stay!! Thank you!

We were in town for an unexpected family emergency. This property is perfectly located, exceptionally comfy, and the owner is very responsive and attentive. We were very fond of the backyard with the hummingbirds and geese!

Magical!

This was our first time staying in a Vrbo, or anything like it. The only downside would be that this house set the bar so high, that we will only be disappointed from here out! We came for a sports tournament, and stayed 3 nights. When we walked in the door, we immediately felt at home. The house was clean and smelled amazing. The outdoor areas were so inviting and relaxing, you can actually feel your stress go away! The beds were warm and comfortable. My kids didn’t want to leave, and asked if we could move there! Deana was a great host, and we were so impressed with our first house rental experience!

Unparalleled experience in Roseville

We have been looking for dog friendly places to stay in the Roseville area while visiting family for at least 10 years. We have found plenty of places that were good/fine, and a lot that weren’t over that time. Nothing has compared to Deana’s home, hands down. Her considerate and proactive communication started from the moment we booked, and continued until we left. Things like how we take our coffee so there could be some in the fridge. Truly amazing. The house itself is incredibly clean, comfortable, and well laid out. One of the best surprises were how many birds are fans of the amazing yard and come to visit daily. We will still hear every time we are in town moving forward and recommend it without hesitation. Thank you so much for having us!

Charming Overnight Away

I had tickets to a concert at the Thunder Valley Venue, and excited to have a special weekend with my best friend. I found this charming home with the beautiful patio space, gorgeous yards, peaceful decor and vibe… truly lovely spaces. Inside the kitchen was stocked with everything needed for a delightful morning… coffee, homemade treats and lovely outdoor space for a relaxing morning. When the venue announced at the last minute that the concert was being rescheduled I reached out to the owner and she graciously worked to help make the change in my reservation. She made every effort to accommodate the unexpected change. I can’t say enough to share my deep appreciation and praise for this beautiful property.

cozy, comfortable and colorful

As I seek to verify the accuracy of the online listing, my opinion is that some essential details were omitted from the listing. The kitchen should be described as amazingly stocked. However, since our stay was an entire week, we needed some spaces to accommodate items we brought, such as for food needing refrigerator space and empty drawers or closet space for clothes. Our very kind host was warmly responsive to the specific issues that arose such as the temporary TV cable glitch and the heater's furnace quitting, also temporarily. The most troublesome was the master shower which was inoperable due to breakdown of the showerhead after a few days. All in all we enjoyed ourselves.
