Bienvenido a mi hermosa y espaciosa casa. Este plano de planta bien distribuido cuenta con amplias habitaciones, sala de estar, cocina, techos altos abovedados, lavadero interior, laminado nuevo, tocadores de baño nuevos en ambos baños, estacionamiento de gran tamaño en la calzada, patio trasero enorme en un excelente vecindario.

Esta casa está convenientemente ubicada cerca de escuelas, parques, centros acuáticos, tiendas, excelentes restaurantes, bares y tiene fácil acceso a la autopista. ♥ ♥ mi lugar debido a las comodidades, la ubicación, etc.

Esta es una propiedad verdaderamente especial en una excelente comunidad en 💐Roseville 🌹. Encontrará muchas ventanas que proporcionan a esta casa mucha luz natural. La habitación familiar tiene una acogedora chimenea y da al patio trasero difícil de encontrar, con un patio y mucho espacio.

Comfortable and clean home in a quiet neighborhood. A perfect fit for our group coming into town to visit family. With four bedrooms everyone enjoyed great nights of rest. We plan to make it our destination in the future!

This property was excellent for our needs. 4 bedrooms for 4 golfers on a golf trip. It's on a nice, quiet cul-de-sac in a quality community. We would consider it again and have recommended it to friends who travel and play in the same area.The interior was in very good condition, very clean, and all beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was in great condition and well-appointed. Nice to have a Keurig Coffee maker and a regular drip maker. We used both. We did not cook inside, just a cold breakfast with toast and bagels. The outside of the house is a little rough and could use some updating and mowing, but that had no effect on our stay, as we did not use the yard. We met neighbors when we arrived and had pleasant conversations with them. It was a good location for us, less than 30 minutes to each of our golf courses, and only a couple miles from good restaurants, food, and shopping.

Horrible …dirty throughout. Smashed bug on wall, dirty sheets on one bed no detergent to wash, extremely dirty intake vent, musky smell .. window screens damaged or had none making it hard to let fresh air in with bugs or debris coming inside home, two beds still had plastic wrap on bed. 2 night stay in morning plumbing issue backed up toilets into shower in both restrooms making it impossible for all guest to have a shower. Very odd for barely being at the house to have a plumbing issue. No maintenance available. Host only apologized. This home is not ready for occupants. Look elsewhere.

This was my first time ever VRBO stay so I was a little nervous. But the VRBO property manager was very responsive. I never waited long for him to respond to enquiries about the property, amenities, requirements. The property was spacious and very clean. Huge backyard. I would have paid more at a hotel than I did for this VRBO rental. So, I was very happy about that. Plus, the property was centrally located for easy access to the other areas.

Our family of 4 had a nice stay . Home was clean & in a great neighborhood. Good communication with host & when we had questions about the wifi , we were helped very quickly. Thank you for the Keurig coffee. We would stay here again.

This place is clearly operated on the absolute bare minimum they can get away with. First off, terrible ant problem. I don’t believe they have regular pest control abatement they claim as I grew up in this area my entire life and never had anything close to this issue. The ants infested a makeup bag which was left on the counter and our toothbrushes, which we had to throw away. The way the rules are written sounds like an overruling parent leaving a teenager alone in the house for a weekend, not a responsible adult looking for a place to stay. Definitely started off on a strange note with that but it was pretty much the only other place in the area available as our usual rental was booked. Barely any toilet paper or laundry pods provided for a 6 day long stay. Kitchen only has silverware, cups, plates and that’s about it. I didn’t care about the cameras for parking enforcement and ‘parties’ but they have a camera pointed straight at the kitchen area from the backyard which has see through curtains and is super uncomfortable. Beds are way too small for two (small) adults, very creaky and in general really uncomfortable. No booklet for house rules or check in/out info or anything about the area which some travelers unfamiliar with the area might have enjoyed. Have stayed in dozens of rentals in my life and in comparison this one needs a lot of work

Family Reunion

Since our parents live in Sun City, this house was the perfect location for my brothers and I to gather while visiting. The kitchen is spacious and well appointed, perfect for casual dining. The house is well located within Roseville with many restaurants and stores nearby. My brothers and I truly enjoyed our stay here while visiting our parents. Hello, I would like to formally report multiple issues with this stay.1.The listing advertised a garage available for guest use. Upon arrival, the garage was locked, and the host later stated it was not available.2.The property was not in acceptable condition. It was very dirty, with multiple broken or malfunctioning items. The dishwasher was leaking and not working.3.There was a severe ant infestation throughout the entire house, including all rooms.4.There were surveillance cameras around the property that were not properly disclosed. Additionally, their placement raised serious privacy concerns, as they were positioned in a way that could observe activity inside through the glass kitchen door. I have already reported this to support.5.During my stay, a bathroom door lock failed during normal use, trapping my belongings inside. I reported this immediately, but the issue was not resolved in time. Due to a scheduled flight, I was forced to pay out of pocket for a handyman to regain access.6.The host is now making inaccurate claims regarding damages, including unrelated items such as a yard gate, which I did not touch or damage. I am prepared to provide supporting evidence, including continuous video footage from my vehicle.Given the above, this stay did not meet basic standards, and I experienced significant inconvenience and additional expenses due to maintenance failures and misrepresentation.

We would like to clarify that the garage’s unavailability is disclosed in our listing description, and all exterior security cameras are properly disclosed and positioned only for exterior security purposes. The home is professionally cleaned and inspected prior to each check-in, and we have documentation supporting its condition before arrival. Regarding the bathroom lock issue, this was reported last minute near checkout and had been working properly before your stay. We were actively arranging assistance, but due to your scheduled flight and the urgency of the situation, you chose to hire a handyman before our team could arrive. We take all guest concerns seriously and address reported issues as quickly as possible. We remain committed to providing a positive experience for all of our guests.

We loved the house when we first got there. It was my fault for not communicating with the host, but we were unable to adjust heat and it made it quite uncomfortable at night. There were ants in the creamer and there were no extra towels at all. That was a bit disappointing.other than that, one more thing, there was no check in, book. Most houses we have stayed at usually have a book with restaurants,and attractions as well as check out instructions.

Stayed here with three adult friends visiting from out of town. Run down house that smelled musty. 2.75 rolls of toilet paper for the four of us. The location was convenient for our purposes. The price was reasonable but the host made up for it by charging us $135 because the pedal on the trash can in the kitchen was disconnected from the lid, something we noticed upon our arrival. At best it's a $40 trash can. VRBO rep on the phone agreed this was unreasonable and said they would work with me.

Very nice house

This is a very well kept home. The house itself is a 5 star. Living room furniture is comfortable, dining room is adequate, kitchen appliances are great, beds were comfortable and the linens were ok. I gave an overall 4 for these reasons. The cookware is old and I do not like having to bring my own pans on vacation. No pot holders or kitchen towels. There were things that needed fixing like closet doors. Yards are unkept so I wouldn't let there be playtime outside. If it wasn't winter I would have been discouraged with having to keep our luggage on the floor (don't like bugs). Need luggage stands, chairs or ottomans in the bedrooms. First time I had to read and approve a secondary contract to the VRBO listing otherwise checkin would be a 5. Lastly I will look to stay here again when we are in Roseville.

A Clean Place, Not a Fun Place

Easy check-in, beds were fresh and clean, great shower pressure and we had good night sleeps. However, it was only good for sleeping. This house was lacking homeyness because of all the rules and regs. We felt like we couldn't enjoy ourselves in this house because the owners were watching on their cameras at the front door and back patio, positioned to see movement through the sheer drapes into the kitchen. Creepy! The couch was SO FAR from the TV (and was hung crooked on the wall) and it had no sports channels, so we couldn't even watch our games. The walls were dingy and needed paint desperately. This house has A LOT of potential but has NO curb appeal or homeyness whatsoever and the backyard was completely dead. The patio furniture advertised in the pictures was not there, obviously they didn't want us hanging out on the patio. This house was not our first choice, but our original reservation fell through due to HVAC problems (newer and more affordable), but this was the closest one to the family events we had nearby, but much more expensive and not at all worth the price. Fees were terribly high for what this house was. Reminder communications of late fees if we were late leaving... UGH! We left an hour early. Except for location, we wouldn't rent it again. It was obvious, this is a money maker only.

Clean, comfortable and quiet property less than 1 mile from the Aquatic Center. Lots of space for 4 people. AC worked great. Peaceful neighborhood. Owner is very responsive to questions (usually replies within a couple of minutes) and very clear about rules/expectations. I give this property my highest recommendation and would love to stay here again!!
