Pleasant stay

Visiting family in Iroton

Place was very clean and comfortable. We slept great in the king bed. The kitchen had all that we need except extra garbage bags.

Cozy stay

We loved finding this place in Ashland. It was very clean and comfortable. It was so cutely decorated and close to the places we needed to be for a family wedding. We also loved that it was pet friendly! We hope to stay there again next time we are in town.

Grateful to find this location

Emergency trip due to death in the family. I wanted to have family together. There wasn't room at my parents house for everyone. This was perfect, location 15 min from South Point. Plenty of room for 5 adults+. Close to everything . We'll keep this in mind for future visits.

Great Kentucky spot

Very cozy and comfortable location that is near lots of activity centers and good food. The host Jennifer was great with communication and made sure everything went smoothly.

Nice place in Ashland close to everything

This is my 2nd time staying at the place. It is spacious, clean and in a great neighborhood in the middle of town.

Amazing feeling of being at home!

This Cabana was perfect. Larger than expected and location was ideal. Far away enough from city yet 4 min drive from being in the thick of things. When we walked in we immediately felt at home. There was just this sense of ease not a feeling of being out of place or in someone else's home. The property inside and out were perfectly maintained. We will be looking to use this location if available next time we visit and we encourage others to use this property. The family who maintaines the Cabana was just amazing!

2024 Anniversary trip

Loved the house and the neighbors they made you feel if you have lived there forever. Loved the shopping and dog park which is huge! If we return to this area will be sure to stay at your property again. Luna (miniature schnauzer) made lots of friends!

Simply Amazing

The owners were absolutely amazing. The house was beyond beautiful and the antiques brought back some wonderful memories. I was very pleased with everything. The owners made themselves available to me if I needed anything. I came up there to visit my son and grand daughters. My granddaughters ages 5 months and 1 1/2 years old both ended up staying with me and my friend during our stay. Which of course was totally unexpected but it worked out perfectly. There was a playpen available which helped a lot. The place was beyond perfect. The neighbors were all friendly. It’s in a great neighborhood. Nice and quiet. I definitely will be looking into staying here again if it’s available during my next visit to Ashland.

Walking Down Memory Lane

The acceptability to get evewhere was perfect. During a whole stay the location was centered to everyone that was either family or friends. Also to get to restaurants or just having to unwind after the day was just what we needed. I am thankful to have been able to take my therapy dogs since i have PTSD from the militarily it was nice to have a place that accepts me and my therapy dogs. You all made my trip relaxing and enjoyable.

Nice Stay

Quaint stay in a quiet cul-de-sac. Location was great - close to Port Ashland for a nice walk, close to coffee shops and shopping. House was as listed, clean with easy check in. Beds were comfortable and ample seating in the living room. Would stay here again!

Lovely Home, Lovely Hosts

Really enjoyed our stay! Super nice folks and a beautiful property. Very clean and everything was accessible that we needed. House rules are very reasonable.

My husband and I are semi-retired from working in public services for 30 years. We’ve lived in this area nearly our whole lives….while I lived in Northern Kentucky for 12 years….I visited home as often as my work would allow. Carroll Manor is my home place of 50 years. I worked in Mental Health Counseling and he worked in a local hospital, prison system and first aid sales in Sports Medicine and Administration. We met in prison 20 years ago! lol. We enjoy spending time with our family, great nieces, nephews and 2 fur babies. We strive to provide a nice, clean, affordable and comfortable place for our guests….whether for a couple nights or a couple months. We really go all out and think about the small stuff you might need. Please reach out to us anytime as we would be happy to be of service to you.
