Nuestro hijo de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños amueblado recién estilo complejo de apartamentos de lujo en Windsor Palms Resort le ofrece un "hogar lejos del hogar" experiencia. Usted puede relajarse y descansar en un ambiente informal con las comodidades de un hotel de lujo.

Estamos convenientemente ubicado a 5 millas de distancia de las puertas de Disney World. Nuestro apartamento se encuentra dentro de la famosa estación de windsor palmas, a menudo considerado como uno de los mejores resorts de la zona. Nuestra casa de vacaciones con capacidad para 6-8 personas.

Este complejo de comunidad cerrada está asegurada a través de un solo punto de entrada y el personal de seguridad. Por lo menos 1 semana antes de la fecha de check-in, usted recibirá el código de acceso a nuestra puerta condominio. No habrá problemas para obtener su código de acceso ya que no hay necesidad de recogerlo desde otro lugar!

Living Room furniture needs update

This is our 3rd year at Windsor Palms. Location and amenities are first rate. The only negative was an uncomfortable living room sofa, no chairs to sit on other than hard dining room chairs.

We Had a wonderful stay , 30 minutes to universal and very close to Disney parks, the kids Disney themed room was very cute! the units owner was very easy to get ahold of and very responsive when we needed her. We would stay here again

Convenient distance to Disney. Noticeable wear and tear but everything worked. Spacious. Easy parking. Great property/amenities - we had a lot of fun at the pool/pool bar/playground. Very responsive to messages. Had most things you need, although only had 5 cups and there were 7 of us. no wine glasses. air handler needs a serious cleaning. two of the beds were comfy. the bunk beds are straight coils, incredibly squeaky, and upper rails are a safety hazard (duct taped). Cleaning crew just let themselves in while we were packing (before check out time). Would recommend this property once bunk beds are replaced/air handler cleaned

Quick weekend getaway

We had a great time the condo is very kid friendly in the heart of Kissimmee. My grandsons loved the Disney themed room and the king size suite was great for adults. The community has everything you really don't have to leave the property to have a good time. Thanks for a great weekend.

Great place to recharge

We found this property to be a good spot to recharge after a long day at Epcot. It was clean, easy to find, the amenities were convenient and the owner was quick to respond and helpful.

Great community

The overall community property was very good. The pool, the little shop, tennis courts, bar/food, and kids movie theater were great!!! The individual condo was ok. The master bedroom bed frame is broken. Won’t be long before it’s on the floor. Discovered that on our last day when I bent down to check for anything under the bed. Made sense on why the mattress moved the way it did. The tv and internet were spotty at best, ended up having to use my cellular to do work rather than the wifi. For the price it was average. It will need to be spruced up soon as things are getting to the end of their life. I manage some vacation rentals myself so I’m not overly picky just expect some minimum levels for rentals.

Beautiful resort. Apartment needs cleaning!

The resort was fabulous, great pool, hot tub, gym and other amenities. Convenient to all major attractions, restaurants. The apt is also lovely and spacious. However, the apt needed a thorough cleaning. After I paid fully, and it was nonrefundable, I received instructions that the cleaning staff only has time to vacuum, wash sheets and quickly dust in between guests. Guests were expected to wash all the towels except the last ones used. This prompted me to wash all the towels before use. I also washed the sheets and our comforter since it did not look clean. In these days of the pandemic especially, how can they rely on guests to wash all the towels and such. Guests were also supposed to run all diahes through the dishwasher and put them away. We complied with everything, but the apt needs more care. The cleaning fee and rates charged are high enough to ensure a clean rental. There many that were cheaper in the complex but rented for the time frame o needed..I had a brand new pair of slippers with me. The white bottoms were black in a day. The teapots were not even usable. Sheets were microfiber and just clung to the person, constantly slipping off the bed. With some needed painting and a good cleaning, the home will be a lovely rental.

Very nice neighborhood. Walking distance to resort pool. Plenty of parking. There wasn't any wash cloths but there wasn't any at Walmart either, I'm not sure if there was a shortage at that time or what. We had to search for wash cloths. The cleaning lady was there at 10:00 a.m. sharp and we was 12 minutes late getting out but she was very understanding.

Disappointed

First and foremost, the cleanliness of this property was awful. As a mom of a toddler who frequently has his hands in his mouth I was appalled at how dirty the place was walking in. Honestly I don’t think the floors had been swept or mopped before our stay. There was food crumbs, dirt, and dust everywhere. My husband and I have a pretty high standard of cleanliness, but I don’t think this would have met many people’s standards. There was only a small broom at the property to clean with so we used that and then went to the local Walmart and purchased sanitizing wipes and got down on hand and knee to scrub the floor so we knew it was clean for our toddler to walk around and play. Also we found animal hair all over the unit. The listing is advertised as not allowing pets, which I was looking for due to my husband having a pet dander allergy, but clearly there had been at one time a pet in the unit. Also when we pulled back the blankets on the bed, they smelled unclean so we had to wash them before even going to bed the first night. Upon pulling back the sheets we found a large urine stain on the mattress that smelled pretty strong and appeared to be pretty fresh. Secondly, as a mother to a toddler still sleeping in a crib, safe sleep is SO important to me. A crib mattress needs to be firm for safe sleep and the mattress on the crib in the property was so soft I could push my hand all the way down. We bought a new crib mattress at Walmart and ended up leaving it at the property as we obviously couldn’t fly home with it but I don’t regret it for a second knowing that my son had a safe sleep space. On a positive note, the location is great and close to Disney which we were looking for. Overall though I was very disappointed and won’t be staying here again nor would I recommend this unit to others.

Wonderful Disney Vacation

My family (2 adults and 5 kids 13yo and under) stayed at Amy's condo for 8 days. We were in Kissimmee to visit Walt Disney World for the first time. The first impression when walking in was very positive, it looked like the pictures on the website. I was pleased that the kids bedroom had a cheater ensuite door to the bathroom. The murale of Disney made the condo feel like a Disney retreat and the kids loved it due to its size and the number of beds. The walk-in closet was big and they used it as their lego room. The bedrooms were seperated from the Master so it gave us some privacy and quiet early in the morning. The fact that every room has a tv made it fun for the kids. The girls would watch in one bedroom while the boys watched in the bunk room and that left the living room for video game playing (we brought our own mini nintendo). It was a 6 minutes drive to the Walmart which was very helpful since we were there often for food or Disney souvenirs. The drive to Disney parks was about 13-15 minutes so the proximity made it possible for us to drive back for a swim in the hot afternoons. The hairdryer in the master did not work properly so I contacted Amy and a new hairdryer was delivered soon after. I really appreciated that. Both DVD players in the living room did not seem to work. Unfortunately we couldn't watch movies but I had brought my laptop with Netflix so we made it work. I thought Amy was quick to respond in general, she seemed nice and welcoming in her emails. The welcome package was clear, precise and detailed so it was easy to get to the condo and enjoy our stay. In conclusion, I would recommend this condo because it's pretty, convenient, it can sleep many people comfortably and I loved the fact that there was a pantry in the kitchen. Thank you Amy for the wonderful vacation, we will always remember our Disney trip! Janie Bastien

nice condo

we were only here one night as travelling through. the condo was very nice. the only drawback was lack of seating in the lounge, as there were 5 adults in the party, the settee unit only accommodated 4 at a pinch, a nice easy chair or a small settee would have been nice. cannot coment on the facilities as no time to use them

The condo was really perfect !

This condo was so nice and clean! It was a fabulous experience: open, clean, nice furnishings, the beds are super comfortable - even the sheets were super soft! We visited with 6 adults and 1 toddler and there was plenty of room; my son slept on the fold up bed that's in the master closet. Amy responds quickly to questions before and after visit. My mom accidentally let something behind, and Amy is super helpful in getting it back to us. I was so pleased with this place. I will definitely look to see if it's available on our next trip to Orlando.

Clean, comfortable, large, and great location

I would recommend this condominium for anyone looking for a three-bedroom in Orlando. We were a group of four for a girls weekend, but it would be perfect for larger groups and even extended families. The neighborhood was very nice and the property was far enough from the highway to avoid noise and congestion, but close enough to enjoy the restaurants. The owner was quick to respond to my questions and easy to work with. I would love to stay here again with my family or another girls getaway.

Great place! Perfect for what we needed.

This condo is perfect for 2 families who have come to do the theme park thing. Close proximity to the parks, lots of space for kids to lounge, and ample alternative things to do if you don't go to the parks. We didn't have a chance to use the other amenities, but the club house (walking distance) was packed with kid friendly things to do. There is even a little mini market to buy basic grocery items.

Great place to stay. Very clean and nice. Exactly as pictured in the photos. We are a family of 5 and the proximity to Disney World was the reason for staying. We will stay again and take in other attractions in the area like Universal Studios. Amy, the owner was very helpful throughout the process.

GREAT CONDO FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY!

My wife and I spent a few days in this condo, and it is amazing! Everything inside the condo is beautifully done, the pool is steps away, and we were in a very convenient location for everything we wanted to do in Kissimmee! I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone interested in a Disney get-away! This condo is set up for anything. All the rooms have flatscreen TVs with HD cable boxes and the kitchen was stocked with all the cooking dishes you could ask for, and plenty of extras. We absolutely loved our time here!

LOVE THIS PLACE!

From the moment you walk in the door you feel like you are right at home! The house is decorated to perfection. We loved the location and how close we were to everything we wanted to do for the weekend. Very comfortable, perfect for families, we will stay there again and again!
