Perfect

We stayed at Sweet Pea with our 2 sons (ages 4 & 6) and it was great. It is small but clean and newly renovated. Location was great - close to town and quick ride to most beaches.

Perfect Location - Great for Small Families

This is an adorable cottage that's about five minutes (walking) from main street. We appreciated the clean and updated living areas, the modern amenities (central a/c and the parking space) and proximity to all the restaurants and shops. It's a jewel box of a home that is tucked away from major traffic but yet close to town.

Another Great Summer

Sweet Pea is a fantastic option for small families (or groups). My two young children loved this beautiful cottage, which is conveniently situated in town. We also appreciated the amenities that Sweet Pea offered - clean and attractive interiors, central a/c, parking, and internet access. Jackie is a great owner and a pleasure to correspond with. We highly recommend this property.

Charming Sweet Pea!

We enjoyed a lovely family vacation on Nantucket at Sweet Pea! The cottage is perfectly located, as advertised. An easy walk to town, even with young kids in tow. The parking spot is super convenient, and with space at a premium on the island, we appreciated having it. The cottage itself is very well furnished and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and was perfect for meals at our home base. We also used the grill, which we were pleasantly surprised to discover was a Weber. The yard is beautifully landscaped, and the outdoor shower was a great feature. We used it more often than the indoor shower. The bathroom is small--so we ended up hosing the kids off outside and it all worked out great. We cannot give enough praise for the host who was very easy to reach and very helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better rental experience or better place to stay.

Comfortable Nantucket Cottage

Quaint Nantucket cottage well located short walk to town. We used the outdoor dining table every day. The best part of our trip was the hostess Jacquelyn who was most gracious and accommodating to our family.

Cute convenient cottage

Easy breezy sweet little cottage had everything our family of four needed for a week on Nantucket. Great location close to downtown. Easy to get to bike paths. Well-equipped kitchen. Could use some updates (rugs were quite worn/dirty, mediocre linens and beach towels, everything was just OK clean) but overall an adequate rental. Extremely expensive but on par for Nantucket. The little backyard was nice, but street noise was a bit loud at times. Offering some paper goods (toilet paper, paper towels) would have been welcome. A coffee pot would also have been useful. Jackie was responsive to questions and allowed us to leave bikes and baggage before our official check in which was really helpful. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others given the options available on island. It’s a solid choice but definitely not fancy.

Sweet Pea is Perfect

From beginning to end my experience went smoothly. I would highly recommend renting this house. It is pristine. My only comment would be that the bathroom shower is very small. We used the outdoor shower almost everyday. Enjoy its fabulous.

Perfect weekend cottage!

My husband and I stayed in the "Sweet Pea Cottage" for a long weekend. It was perfect for our needs. The cottage is very cute and welcoming, in an ideal location right in town. Easy walk to most restaurants & shops. A former captain's house, the cottage is nicely appointed and very cozy. It is perfect for a couple staying alone or with 1-2 young children.

Another great stay at Sweet Pea!

We had a wonderful week in Nantucket at Sweet Pea. We were happy to return. The location is perfect and there is tons of charm. It is tiny, but it has all that you need for 4 people.

Adorable cottage in the center of Nantucket

The cottage is adorable and the details inside are beautiful! It’s fairly small but the hosts have done the most with the space! The outdoor shower is a godsend because the one bathroom is tiny. Our only complaint is there is no automatic coffee maker though the listing mentions that and a grinder...

charming home but not clean

On arrival, towels were wet and in the dryer. Biggest problem was that the sheets were dirty and it was not easy to wash the linens. Disappointed.

I am extremely sorry for this to happen to you. I have confronted my cleaning service and have changed them since this problem occurred. My deepest apologies as this is unacceptable​ and has NEVER happened before.

Great location- cozy cottage

Gardner St is a busy street but easy walking to many locations. Home is quaint - very small bathroom which is reason for 4 stars versus 5. At departure we were asked to start the laundry but was not supplied the detergent. Nor were we aware that we needed to supply the paper goods but made due.

Cozy and convenient

We loved our stay at Sweet Pea Cottage! The location is perfect to walk into town for dinner or shopping. The cottage was very clean and well appointed to cook for relaxing stay in nights. We rented bikes and had them delivered for great rides to the beach. Owner was easy to contact and very helpful. Looking forward to returning again next year!

Girls Getaway during Figawi

A couple girlfriends and I are in our late 20s/early 30s and hadn't been out to Nantucket in the summer before and had heard great things not only about the island but about the weekend of Figawi. We had an amazing time, which was made all the more better by Sweet Pea. The location was perfect, with a quick 10 minute walk to anything downtown, yet far enough away to be quiet. The cottage is right on the road so foot traffic will increase noise, but otherwise its quiet and relaxing. Sweet Pea had everything we needed and we are considering booking it for next year on the same weekend!

Adorable cottage with lots of Nantucket charm!

A wonderful stay in an adorable cottage. I usually come to Nantucket two to three times a year. I've stayed in all sorts of accomodations from small B&B's to large homes in Sconset. This trip was with three girlfriends from college and the house was perfect for us. It is decorated so cute and we could walk to everything. I would recommend it to anyone I know. The shower was tight and there was no toilet paper when we arrived but I would return in a minute. Great cottage!!!

Charming and perfect!!

This cottage was adorable! I stayed here for Memorial Day weekend with three of my girlfriends and we all loved it. The whole process was extremely easy and smooth, no problems at all. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. Fortunately we had great weather this year and were able to enjoy the outdoor patio and the beautiful garden. It is in such a great location, short walk to town but not loud at all at night. I have stayed in a few places on Nantucket and this one is really one of my favorites. I would definitely stay here again!
