Two queen bedroom suites grace this level, each opening up to the enchanting sunroom at the back of the home. For those with canine companions, the sunroom conveniently leads to a fenced-in dog run, allowing pets to revel in the mountain surroundings.

Ascend to the upper level, where a third queen suite awaits, complete with a minisplit for personalized comfort. The thoughtful design ensures that every corner of Mountain Bliss is a sanctuary of relaxation and rejuvenation. Descend to the lower level, where a cozy den awaits, featuring a gas fireplace, a TV, and a fourth full bath. This space provides a retreat for leisure and entertainment, perfect for unwinding after a day of mountain adventure.

The allure of Mountain Bliss extends outdoors, where the main level deck invites you to dine under the open sky. A gas firetable adds a touch of warmth and ambiance, creating the perfect spot to soak in the stars and relish the mountain views. The lower level offers a screened in porch the opens to the ground level by the parking area.

In every detail, from the open living spaces to the sunlit bedrooms, Mountain Bliss captures the essence of mountain living in the esteemed Hound Ears community.

Additional Notes:
- Due to neighborhood restrictions, reservations may only be booked more than 3 days, or 72 hours, prior to arrival. Guests must complete an information form for the Hound Ears neighborhood upon booking, and the reservation will be approved based on the form.
- Motorcycles are strictly prohibited inside the Hound Ears community.
- This home is pet friendly, allowing 1 dog for an additional rent of $25 per night plus taxes. Mature, crate-trained dog, only.
-Check In is after 4pm. Check Out is by 10am.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
