Awesome condo accommodations in a great location, and not paying beach front prices.

After having done a number of all-inclusive travels to the Carribean in the past, we started making plans for our extended travel to the Dominican Republic. We researched online with VRBO and came up with this awesome looking and well reviewed condo complex in Cabarete. The complex has 29 units, including 1, 2, and 3 bedroom accommodation. We are two travelers, and thus looked into a one bedroom unit. We contacted the owner and made arrangements to book for a month. Prior to arrival, we were contacted by the property manager who answered any pre-arrival questions, and also arranged for a cab to meet us at the Puerto Plata airport. Pre-arrival deposit of payment was simple and easy through pay-pal. On arrival at the airport, a friendly Dominican Republic cab driver was waiting with our names on a placard. We were driven to our condo, and were delighted to find a very overall appealing accommodation presence. Our unit was a third floor condo with a great view of the courtyard. The unit is a very comfortable accommodation, with plenty of accessories in the bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, and living room. Cleaning staff come weekly and is arranged to your schedule. The complex is also set up with 24 hour private security. Bottled drinking water is available directly to the condo through the onsite security personnel. The property manager also has plenty of contacts for offsite activities like car rentals, and tours. The beach as advertised, is a very close walk from the condo, as is a grocery store and pharmacy etc. We were further impressed when the Ministry construction completed a full paving of the access road to the condo while we were there. Our overall impression of our stay at Paradise Condos is very positive, and we look forward to our next visit.

Paradise Condo, Cabarete

We stayed at Amin’s condo for a month. The location is excellent, within a five minute walk to the local grocery store and a short walk to the beach, restaurants and the shops on the main street. Amin was very responsive and quickly answered email messages. His property manager, Juan Carlos, was always available if we had any problems or questions and the condo was cleaned twice a week by a friendly and efficient lady. The condo is well furnished and decorated. There is a great BBQ and a wonderful rice/vegetable steamer. With high ceilings, the condo is open, bright and airy. A large selection of DVDs and CDs were available for entertainment. The stackable washer and dryer are located close to the pool, which makes washing and drying clothes easy when one is using the pool. We would recommend the condo and would rent it again.

Paradise Condo is truly Paradise

My husband and I rented Amin's condo for 3 months this past winter. It was an amazing experience. The condo is spacious and clean.The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make a small breakfast or a gourmet meal. There is a large assortment of bedding and towels as well. Amin is a great host, he checks in personally through email to ensure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay as well there is his on site contact in case a situation arises. Great location close to the beach, grocery store and bars and restaurants. Thanks Amin

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was as advertised, spacious, clean and well equipped. The pool and grounds were kept in good order, thanks to the efforts of Ramon, the complex's gardener. The custodial staff were also of high quality cleaning the unit each of the four weeks we were there. Lastly, I would like to thank you Amin for the diligent manner in which you transacted our business. The welcoming flowers and rum were a wonderful surprise. Back for the 2nd time and it didnt disapoint

So happy to go back to Caberete and staying in the wonderfull apartment again, it seems it got better!!! The apartment is fully furnished and has everything we needed, great staff present at building who assisted in organizing taxis etc. Spend a lot of time in the pool and its very quite at night time to relax on the balcony Walking distance to everywhere and there is a supermarket around the corner which is great for long stays I'll be back !

Fantastic Condo in Tropical Paradise

We stayed in this fantastic condo for just under two months this winter. We have nothing but positive comments about our experience. The location of the property is great. It is close to the beach, grocery store, restaurants, and bars. No need for a vehicle. The condo complex, Paradise Condos is clean and very well maintained. The condo itself is fantastic! It has all the amenities anyone would require to have a great vacation. The description and pictures posted are exactly what you get. The owner, Amin, is a fabulous owner. He is very accommodating and assures you have a very relaxing vacation. Juan Carlos, the property manager is also very professional and helpful. Customer service is fantastic. Security staff and cleaning staff are also amazing. We would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to have a great vacation in paradise.

Luxury Living In A Gated Community

From the time I arrived to the time I left the property manager Juan Carlos made sure I had everything I needed. He arranged airport pick up & drop off. Once I was at the condo I was wowed by the property from the landscaping to the pool maintenance, the up keep was stellar. The condo itself was even better than buildings exterior. The owner of this condo took no shortcuts furnishing this place. From the cherrywood dining room table to the white linen sofa. I mean it look l was the only person to sit on the sofa. There wasn't one mark or sign of wear & tear. I sat out on the terrace every night sipping wine listening to noting but the sounds of nature. This place is peaceful & serene! The pictures posted don't do this place justice. This condo is much larger than it appears in pictures. I'm already planning my next trip back & guess where I'll be staying!!!

Great Find!

This was a great find as we thoroughly enjoyed the condo! The owner (Amin) and the manager (Louisa) were excellent. Close enough to walj to most places, but we had a car and thw parking was adequate. Security was awesome. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get.

Visted Cabaerete 5 times now and its the best place to visit from NY. I stayed at different places before but now i found the perfect apartment that i will keep coming back to. Its walking distance to the amazing beach, supermarket, its very safe as it has private enterance, very clean and spacious apartment with everything you need. Upon arrival they made sure that the ice cubes were ready and that everything was operational. We rented scooters and surf everything morning so coming home was perfect as we could really unwind and relax by the pool and the large balcony Thanks again for a great stay and will return )

Excellent Condo

This was our second time to vacation in Cabarete so we knew what we wanted for our vacation place. The Paradise condo complex was as advertised and more! The condo manager and staff were excellent. They all paid attention to details making sure our vacation was "totally good". The security guards were always friendly, attentive, and helpful. We loved the beautifully kept grounds and the pool....Always clean! Our unit was very clean and in good condition. No musty humidity odors. The high vaulted ceilings with fans and the windows allowed for nice breezes to circulate the air. We never needed to use the AC. The backup generator was spot on when needed! The WiFi and Satellite TV had great signals all the time. All of the indoor and outdoor furniture was very comfortable and even stylish. The bed had a nice mattress allowing for a good nights sleep. I appreciated having access to the full sized washer and dryer, which were out in a separate unit thus keeping the noise down in the complex. Nice touch. We loved the fact that everything we needed was in walking distance, groceries, restaurants, and the beautiful BEACH!! There is nothing like walking on this soft sand beach that goes for miles in both directions from town! We felt safe and appreciated! We can't wait to make another trip to Cabarete and we would love to rent this unit again. Thank you!

great vacation

wow this place is like heaven on earth! i had so much fun there! i love dominican republic but this is the best place I have stayed so far for that price! the apartment is spacious with a lot of sun, the view is beautiful, and its just few minutes away from the beach... I am from Croatia where is lot of beautiful beaches, clean water and great food, so I am very picky when it comes to places I go. I highly recommend this place to everybody who are looking to relax and charge the batteries.

wonderful winter

Enjoyed 6+ weeks here and pleased with comfort and cleanliness, well stocked kitchen and attentiveness of manager to an occaional need. So convient to beach, grocery and shops. Everyone is very friendly and has a feel of family and fun. Quiet area and lovely pool. The listing accurately portrays this condo and locations. Will not hesitate to return and recommend to others.

We enjoyed our stay in the Dominican Republic, it was our first time here, and it was a great first impression. Personally I am not a beach guy but having the convenience of being able to walk in 5 minutes to beach was a major plus. The condo provided us with everything we needed, the high ceilings,etc,, the space gave us a sense of home.

Home in Cabarete

Staying in this condo, made things so comfortable & convenient. It was as if I had my own apartment in Cabarete. It was exactly what I needed; kitchen (so I can cook fresh food from the market, which is by the way only minutes by foot), bedroom (spacious room with a queen sized bed just like in my apartment in NYC), living room (cozy & perfect to invite new friends that you meet on your R&R) & a great little balcony (over looking the pool & great to sit down to have breakfast, read the morning paper, etc...) You can head to the beach with a quick skip & hop. I'm definitely coming back here again for a quick getaway.

Awsome place to stay - beautiful, clean, and close to the beach

We stayed in this condo in July/August 2012 and had a perfect vacation there. everything was exactly as listed here the property is very well maintained and as it is in a secured area we felt perfectly safe. The owner was very friendly and supportive in all cases. Handover of the condo and payment was as expected and without any delays. I would definetely recommend this beautiful condo to any of my friends. Also seeing other appartments there just confirmed that we took the right choice. for anybody going windsurfing we do recommend the Mistral Windsurf station. the two German owners Sweetie and Oli are very friendly. You need to taste the worldclass mojitos at the Eze Bar next to the Mistral station. Last not least, e best pizza in town is served in the middle of the beach in the POMODORO.
