EVENT & GUEST POLICIES

Additional Guests:
$25 per person, per night after the 16th guest.

Innkeeper Agreement:
All guests are required to sign an Innkeeper Agreement prior to check-in.

Events:
Events require prior written authorization. An event is defined as more than 5 people not listed on the reservation or any vendor present on the property.

Event Fees:
• $500 for up to 30 guests (max 20 cars)
• $30 per additional guest up to 150 (max 40 cars)
• $275 trash fee if garbage exceeds 7 provided cans

I recently stayed here for my bachelor golf weekend with 14 people and it was amazing. Jose and Ariana have an amazing house with everything you need for a weekend. Plenty of space to park and the property was incredible. I have no complaints and would love to stay again.

Awesome house that was perfect for our golf trip. The pool and patio area was perfect to cool down after golfing. We played tennis, basketball, pickleball and hit baseballs in the cage. There were plenty of beds for everyone to comfortably sleep at night and a big living room area to relax in. It was a great time!

My family and I had an amazing stay at this beautiful property. There was more than enough room for all 9 of us with plenty of room to spare. The home was very clean and welcoming. Only complaint and it's not really a complaint maybe just an oversight on my part but there are no TVs in the bedrooms. It was ok because we spent more time together outside enjoying each other. We hated to go and will certainly return.

Amazing landscaping and a resort-like feel!

Several families under 1 roof is not always easy to accommodate, but this property was ideal! Everyone had their own space when they wanted it, but the common areas were perfect for large group activities and fun!

We arrived as a group of 19. Plenty of room for us all. So much to do right on the property and close to so much more. Short ride to airport. Heated pool was wonderful. Pickle ball, tennis and basketball was nice to have on the property. Hosts were right there to assist on any questions or needs we had. Highly recommend this property.

Great property for a group trip.

The property was as described and met our needs for the trip—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. However, we were surprised to find that it was less private than we expected. It seemed there may have been people living in the garage on the property, and we noticed others regularly passing through the area during our stay. While this didn’t significantly impact our overall experience, it’s something to be aware of if privacy is a priority.

Great Guys Trip

We had a great weekend with 11 friends from all over the country. Easy access to PBI airport, loved the tennis court on site, and many golf courses in the area too. The site could be great for folks who enjoy pickleball as well. I would recommend getting the pool heated ahead of time if you like to swim. Jose was a responsive, kind, and helpful host.

This home was clean and had ample space for our large group, which we appreciated. We also had prompt communication with the hosts during our stay. However, our experience was impacted by a number of maintenance and readiness issues. There were several logistical challenges, including the home still being cleaned when we arrived (after check-in time), nonworking WiFi, an unheated pool, and not enough place settings for a meal for our group of less than 20 people. Additionally some of the listed amenities were limited or unusable, such as the fire pit, pickleball equipment and outdoor yard games.In terms of maintenance there were a number of small things that added up including visible, unfinished wall/door patches, a broken pool deck door handle, flickering lights in the master bath, a noisy shower, and some missing bathroom fixtures, with bathrooms feeling outdated overall.Lastly, there was unexpected on-site activity and several parked vehicles related to other apparent uses of the property, which was not noted in the listing. Our concerns were shared with the hosts after our stay and before posting our review, but we did not hear back from them. While the home was clean and spacious, improved upkeep and clearer communication would have helped create a better experience for us.

Perfect for Our Big, Boisterous Family

This was the ideal property for our whole big family of 23 people. There was plenty to do for the whole family right on the property, which even though it was right in town, felt private and secluded. The house is laid out in such a way that a group of us could be playing games at one end, yet it was quiet enough for the baby to sleep at the other. It was clean, had plenty of towels, a great pool and patio, and lots of eating area. Highly recommend, especially for a large group!

This place suited us well! Each family had their own bathroom. The boys enjoyed fishing, swimming, and playing basketball/ping pong. The back porch and pool area was our favorite! This is where we spent most of our time. The landscaping was beautiful! The property manager is very personable and easy to contact. I would highly recommend this property!

This was an amazing property! We stayed with a few families from our travel baseball team and it was perfect for the 6 families and our players. The bunk room, batting cage, and pool were the highlights for our 16 year olds. This was the most well-stocked VRBO we've ever stayed at, too! They've thought of everything! The hosts were extremely quick with a couple of minor maintenance issues, so virtually no problems all week. The location was great - about 20 minutes to a great beach and convenient for our game fields. There was so much to do on site, that we didn't have to pay for entertainment in between games! :) Note if the ad doesn't get updated: the "7th bedroom" does indeed have a pullout sofa, but it is a passthru for the other bedrooms so is not in fact a bedroom.

Fun family reunion

I think it’s safe to say we made use of all the amenities: from the Foosball game to the soccer and pickleball fields; from the basketball court to the swimming pool—the 10 kids with us loved it all. Great to have enough bathrooms for all the families to have one of their own. The kids also enjoyed the dorm room with lots of bunk beds and fortunately that room was far enough from the rest of the bedrooms that we could sleep while pre-teens were still far too awake. Owner was responsive to questions and not intrusive. We had a ton of fun.

Highly recommend!

If you are traveling with a group, I highly recommend this property. It's conveniently located near a main road with easy access to the highways. The house has many different nooks so there is plenty of space. The outdoor living/pool area is beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
