The Evergreen Haus | Amazing North Conway Location

Welcome to Evergreen Haus, our newly remodeled townhouse 5 minutes from North Conway Village and Cranmore Mountain; it is the perfect getaway for families and small groups. We are within walking distance of some of the best trails at the Green Hills Preserve and the valley`s brand-new bike path. Less than a 15-minute drive to Storyland. This home has the best of both worlds: conveniently located to everything yet tucked away in the woods for a peaceful stay.

Our home is set up for comfort and making memories. Every design detail and amenity has been thought of and all of the appliances are brand new. Relax in the Adirondack chairs while grilling or enjoy the cozy gas fireplace in the living room and listen to music on the record player. On the 3rd floor, the kids can enjoy their own living space with TV, bunk beds, foosball, and a table for playing games. The new mini-split AC units on each floor will keep you cool on hot Summer days.

A village set amid mountains and forest, North Conway is a four season destination and jumping-off point for hiking excursions on Mt. Washington and fall leaf-viewing tours, as well as ski trips and visits to Diana’s Baths cascades. There are also so many incredible restaurants and breweries in the area to enjoy and plenty of shopping - from independently owned boutiques to the outlets at Settler`s Green. There is something for everyone, any time of year.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are bringing a dog, you must have them approved first by messaging us and then, you must add them to your reservation. There is an additional cleaning fee that will be automatically added to your reservation when you add your dog. Cats are strictly prohibited.
ESA`s are not exempt from the additional cleaning fee.
Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
- Guest making the reservation must be over 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old.
- No smoking in the house
- The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
- Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the condo)
- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
- Respect the neighbors
