You will have access to everything and nothing in the house is shared. the only shared space is the backyard. The porch is private.

WE ARE LOCAL - Just let us know what you need

The 4th bedroom is a LOFT.
Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
- Guest making the reservation must be over 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old.
- No smoking in the house
- The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
- Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the condo)
- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
- Respect the neighbors
- ALL PETS MUST BE APPROVED BEFORE BOOKING

We stayed at the property for a weekend at Storyland with our children and another family. This is by far the cleanest vrbo I’ve ever stayed at. Everything is well maintained and the property manager made sure we had everything we needed. Communication was easy and the location was perfect: close to downtown for shopping and restaurants. Would absolutely love to stay here again!

wonderful time

We had a wonderful time. Place is very clean and communication with Jeremiah was great. Love the fireplace. We had a problem with the oven, but I am sure they have that fixed now. Only thing I would say that they need to improve would be stronger WIFI, some of our phones could not connect.

Holiday Getaway

Hawks Hideaway is the perfect place to take your family. There was plenty of room for all nine of us. The property was exactly as described clean comfortable with a nice New Year’s Eve surprise. The condo is located five minutes from the center of town so it’s super convenient and close to all the mountains for some great skiing. my family and I had a wonderful vacation and we would definitely, consider staying at this property again thank you to our host. The communication was excellent. We were very pleased.

Fall Hiking Trip

Myself, wife, daughter, elderly mother and aunt stayed at this property along with our Australian Shepherd. The condo is an end unit of a 6 unit building located a short walk from the Thompson Road trail head with good bike trails and hiking trails (Black Cap/Peaked Mt/Middle Mt and the paved recreational path). It is 3 stories - the top floor is the 4th bedroom which we did not need to use - all 4 rooms are equipped with TVs. Unit was very clean and the area very quiet. This is the 2nd time we rented a property through Jeremiah’s company and both were very good experiences.

This place was perfect for our sisters get away weekend! So convenient to all of our destinations (Saco bound Tubing, Moat Mountain, Tuckerman’s Brewing, Settler’s Green). The house had a homey feel with comfortable furnishings and was tastefully decorated. It also had all the essential items needed for cooking in the kitchen. If I had one negative to say it would be the lack of closets/dressers in the bedrooms. The room with king bed was spacious and had plenty of clothes storage (both hanging & drawers). While the room with bunks had a dresser, it lacked a closet.And the room with the queen bed had a closet but lacked a dresser/drawers. The loft room had a large closet but it was used to store games and had no hanging space or dressers. My sister had to spread all her clothing on the couch & hang some in the king bedroom.

Easter Holiday

Our 3 person family stayed at Hawk Hideaway over Easter Weekend. The town house is right out of HGTV. There is nothing that I did not want. All the decor was incredible. The beds were so comfortable and the linens and towels smelled nice. The floors are beautiful and super clean. The couch comfortable and we even pressed the button for the fireplace which was a real treat. You really need to see the beautiful brook right outside the door, we could have watched it all day, but we had a day of skiing to do and went to Cranmore, minutes away, so easy. The recreational trail runs behind the complex and we used that as well. So fun. Wish we had more time but we will definitely be back!

North Conway Woods

Myself, my husband, my parents, and our two young children and dog stayed to enjoy North Conway and visit Storyland. The location was right off the main road, but down a secluded road that really made you feel off the beaten path and in the woods. There was a paved trail right out the door, which would be great for biking riding, and we took our dog walking there which he loved. The unit was beautifully decorated and they had thought of EVERYTHING! There were games, toys, a pack and play, a pet needs bucket, a first aid kit, and tons of essentials - everything we could ever possibly need. I hope everyone who stays here, gives the place the care and respect it deserves. They even left us a bottle of wine. Out of all the VRBOs we’ve ever stayed at, this one was by far the most accommodating. Hats off to the owners and Birch Hospitality!
