Multiple living spaces allow your group to spread out and enjoy various activities. You'll find a large great room, game room, and a TV area in the lower level, as well as a pool table and sitting area in the loft.  In the fully stocked kitchen, you'll find a gas range, a full-size refrigerator with freezer (2nd refrigerator/freezer in basement), a wine refrigerator, Keurig, French Press, and drip coffee makers, two crockpots, a toaster, a blender, a toaster oven, a waffle maker, and more. The Yellowstone offers a range of indoor and outdoor seating options, including a spacious dining room table for 10-12, folding tables with 8 chairs for additional indoor seating, two 8-person picnic tables, 4 Adirondack chairs with shared tables, and a screened-in porch with its own table and chairs. The property boasts over 2,200 square feet of deck space overlooking the lake, outdoor table seating for sixteen, a screened-in porch for six, a grill with a direct gas line, and an under-deck patio with additional seating.

For entertainment, the lower-level game room offers a 70-inch smart TV with access to all your favorite apps, including Netflix, Hulu, Prime, and more. You'll also find shuffleboard, foosball, ring toss, cornhole/bags, board games, puzzles, books, and a game table.

Situated on nearly four wooded acres, the property is a Certified Wildlife Habitat by the National Wildlife Federation, offering a serene and exclusive setting. You can enjoy a gently sloped and well-lit walkway to the dock, a fire pit with Adirondack chairs at the end of the peninsula, a large undeveloped cove for kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding, and stunning big water lake views.

One of the highlights is the new dock, featuring a shaded sitting area on the lower level and a second level ideal for watching the sunset over the water. The dock is fully equipped with two levels, a bar with five stools, a refrigerator with freezer, a picnic table seating eight, two single kayaks, two stand-up paddleboards, life jackets in a variety of sizes, and the ability to tie up your boat. Swimming and fishing off the dock are also delightful pastimes. Note: Fishing supplies are not provided but can be purchased nearby.

A few more tid-bits...  :)

1.  Trained service animals are welcome!  Otherwise, we have a strict "no pets" policy.  

2.  The house, like 99% of all lake homes on Lake Gaston, uses a septic system.  This system is a finely balanced biological system.  Please help us keep it working flawlessly by flushing ONLY toilet paper.  Renters are responsible for any damage caused by misuse.

3.  Bow-Riders and deep draft Wake Board boats need to check their Hummingbirds to ensure adequate depth in all coves.  Pontoons should have no issues and everyone is welcome to tie off at the dock with rental boats. Please make sure to bring your bumpers!.

4.  Culverts & Bridges:  Be sure to lower your Bimini top when going under bridges or through culverts.  Appearances can be deceiving, and the water levels can flucuate daily!

5.  Life Jackets: While a variety of life jackets are provided, they are not guaranteed in every size. Please bring life jackets specific to individual needs.

6.  Security Camera Disclosure:  We take your privacy very seriously.  However, this home is monitored by exterior security cameras in the following locations: 
Camera under the front porch roof to the left of the front door - pointing towards the front door
Camera above the kitchen door on the lake side of the house point down at that door
Camera above the garage door on the lower level
Camera above the basement bedroom door pointing down the trail leading toward the lake
