★☆ We love hosting guests with dogs! To ensure a comfortable experience for everyone, please follow these guidelines:

- Keep dogs on a leash when outside at all times.
- No dogs on the furniture, including beds and couches.
- We allow up to 2 dogs less than 50 pounds with a Pet fee of $150.

★☆ We provide a starter set of supplies including dish soap, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, and dish soap. Basically enough to last a few days.

★☆ Strictly enforced quiet hours:
10:00 pm to 8:00 am.

★☆ House rules:
- Please be respectful of our neighbors. No loud music or yelling, no disrespectful behavior. We have a great friendship with our neighbors that we would like to maintain, and we have promised them that our rental guests will not disturb them.
- Absolutely no parties or events allowed at our home.
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the home at any time. If you choose to smoke outside, please dispose of cigarettes responsibly and do not throw butts on the ground.

House Capacity is a strict 15 people. Neighbors and HOA carefully monitor this property, and exceeding 15 people will result in eviction.
