We have 2 bumpers (goes under the sheet) to protect children not falling off the bed.

Recommend Appalachian Java for breakfast (fresh squeezed orange juice with ice is the best!) and Hog Hollow Wood-Fired Pizza OR Live Oak Gastrobub for lunch or dinner. If you'd like upscale dining then newly renovated NuWray Restaurant is amazing!
Off of nearby Highway 19 E there is an Ingles Market for your grocery shopping (equipped with a Starbucks), ABC Liquor, gas stations, fast food chains, a walk-in clinic for emergency medical needs.

We do our utmost to control insects. However, we are in the mountains so insects can still get into the home despite our best efforts. A few might get in during your stay. Lady bug seasons are common in the area and can accumulate daily (sometimes you might even see thousands of them outside on the porch). It is a common occurrence for all homes in this area.

- NOTE: The central AC is available on the main floor and basement. There is a ceiling fan and an additional AC unit on the wall for the upstairs loft bedroom
- NOTE: The owner supplies a basic starter pack of toiletries, toilet paper, and trash bags. Any additional items needed beyond the starter pack must be supplied by the guest
