Room #1: Master bedroom – King bed, 65" TV, walk-in closet, luxurious en-suite bathroom with double vanity & shower.

Other things to note
- The couch in the living room can sleep an extra person
- We have weekly pool service
- We are not refilling gas BBQ grill so you would have to bring the empty tank to Home Depot or Walmart to exchange due to our house keeper no longer doing this.
-Indoor fireplace is not available for use.
-There is a fee to heat up the pool and please note that we provide the instructions to heat it up upon guest's arrival.

IMPORTANT: POOL
1. If the pool is used and you take out the vacuum, you must put it back in when done using the pool. The Vacuum is what keeps walls and floor clean of bacteria.
2. Intake line “hose” must be disconnected before it is taken out of pool. Otherwise it sucks air and will ruin pump.
3. Do not remove the tablet dispenser from pool. Can’t keep the pool clean without that equipment running.
