Villa surrounded by greenery, just 5min walk from SanMontano beach

The villa is located in the grounds of the well-known Mezzatorre Hotel. <br>It’s perfect for those who want to experience the island away from the hustle and bustle, yet just a 10-minute walk from the charming center of Lacco Ameno, which offers every kind of service (restaurants, pizzerias, bars, beach clubs). <br>The house offers direct access to the famous (fully equipped) beach of San Montano, where you’ll find the Negombo thermal baths (just a 5-minute walk away).<br>It is laid out over two levels, ensuring maximum privacy for each room. There is also a shared outdoor area featuring an 8-person hot tub, a gazebo with a sofa and armchairs, and a patio where you can enjoy al fresco lunches or dinners.<br><br>On the first level, there is a guest suite equipped with a double bed, TV, mini-fridge, air conditioning, closet, and a bathroom with a shower. On the upper level, you’ll find the garden with the gazebo, complete with armchairs and sofas where you can spend your evenings. In addition, the villa features a fantastic outdoor hot tub that seats 8, perfect for those who want to relax under a starry sky.<br>On the same level is the second guest house, also equipped with a double bed, TV, mini-fridge, air conditioning, closet, and bathroom with shower. <br>On the other side of the garden is the house with a kitchen, equipped with an oven and dishwasher, and two bedrooms, both with a double bed, air conditioning, TV, and closet. These two rooms share a large bathroom with a very spacious shower.<br>There is also an outdoor shower in the garden.<br>An extra bed can be added to any of the rooms upon request for an additional fee. <br>(You can dine either inside the kitchen, where we have a table that seats 10–12 people, or outside.)<br>Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.<br>
