POR FAVOR LEE. MAYO 2019 ACTUALIZACIÓN.
Nuestro complejo de condominios está en construcción y no puedo decir qué estará y qué no estará abierto, ya que la construcción y la seguridad determinarán lo que está abierto. El trabajo en el techo ha comenzado. Actualmente, el acceso a la playa Este está abierto junto con el gimnasio, los baños de la piscina y la mitad del estacionamiento, pero NO HAY PISCINAS. El único servicio que puedo GARANTIZAR es el uso gratuito de un juego de CHAISES DE PLAYA con sombrilla cuando compro eso para mis invitados. Tiendo a pensar que las piscinas no se abrirán este año hasta el 31 de octubre.
Lo que está abierto ahora, puede que no esté abierto cuando llegues. El estacionamiento es limitado, pero muchos no se alquilan, por lo que probablemente tendrá un espacio, pero no puede garantizarlo también. Si tiene que estacionar en el estacionamiento de la Ciudad cerca de Ripley, se lo reembolsaré con el recibo del estacionamiento. No creo que esto sea un problema ya que las fechas no son las mejores y el lote actualmente tiene muchos espacios.
Existe la posibilidad de que incluso tenga que estacionarse en el estacionamiento de la ciudad por Ripleys O ver que Walmart le permitirá estacionar en su estacionamiento. No creo que esto suceda ya que muchas personas sufrieron más daños y no están alquilando. Lo que está abierto ahora, puede cerrarse más tarde debido a la construcción.

Nuestro Octavo piso, condominio tipo "C" en el frente, da a una de las tres piscinas con una vista impresionante del golfo de México y sus playas de arena blanca.
Todas las habitaciones recientemente remodeladas. El dormitorio fue alfombrado reemplazado con azulejos de porcelana y una nueva cama de almacenamiento en 2016. Se trata de un condominio no fumadores en muy buenas condiciones. La unidad cuenta con ventiladores de techo en la sala de estar y dormitorio, pisos de cerámica en todas las habitaciones excepto en el dormitorio, y mucho más. Se proporcionan toallas y ropa de cama, ¡así que todo lo que necesitas traer es tu toalla de playa y bronceador!
Acceso Wifi gratuito junto con acceso Roku en la sala de estar. Nuestra cuenta de Amazon Prime está configurada para que pueda ver televisión y películas disponibles en prime.
Situado en la unidad de Thomas. El Sunbird tiene mucho que ofrecer con restaurantes como piña Willie y Pompanos. Campo de golf Signal Hill, Ripley's Believe it or Not y el WonderHouse está a poca distancia.
Convenientemente ubicado a poca distancia del Superwalmart.

Family time at Sunbird

We we really enjoyed our stay at PCB in this condo. Linda was very nice and helpful. The location was great. The cleanliness was good. Location was great and and the amenities were awesome!! We really enjoyed the chase, lounges and umbrella every day by the beach. We would definitely love to come back and stay again.

Wonderful condo!

Sometimes owners pump up the description to lure you in but this one was accurate. Clean condo, kitchen had all the items you'd need for meal making. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this condo. My favorite part was listening to the waves from our personal balcony!!

Amazing Time

The condo was perfect for our stay. Great size for two people. The condo was really clean and lovely furnished. Linda was wonderful to e-mail us and answer any questions we had. We had a great time with wonderful weather and really enjoyed our stay there. Pineapple Willy's being next door was a great bonus for a quick lunch or drink. We will definitely consider coming back to this condo and Panama City Beach.

Best vacation and condo we ever rented in PCB

We rented from the owner not the resort and from start to finish, it was amazing. The resort is in an excellent location. The condo was equipped with everything that my family needed and wanted during our stay. The view was fabulous and we saw dolphins several different times in the afternoons from the balcony. We visit PCB a few times a year and this was by far our best vacation. The condo was SUPER clean. In fact, it was one of the cleanest condos that we've ever stayed in. Super duper clean and smelled refreshing when we checked in. I can not complain on one thing. We will be returning next year. Thank you for allowing us to share your beautiful, clean and amazing condo.

Awesome escape for a couple's getaway

We stayed four nights in late June 2019. Construction was noticeable but not really a big deal. It made the walk from the condo to the beach a bit inconvenient (having to walk around fencing) but that was only frustrating the one time it was raining. The plus side was that I think many people were scared away because of the construction so the elevators never took long to get to us and it never felt crowded. Two of the three pools were open. We loved how close it was to Pineapple Willy's and few other restaurants. The free beach set-up was a nice touch and is honestly what made me select this condo over a few others. Kitchen was adequately stocked. View was AMAZING! One suggestion...a few heavier/warmer blankets would have been nice. I think I would have slept better with something more than a light quilt and a sheet. If there were heavier blankets there that I didn't find (I did look) then I apologize for mentioning it. Owner was super great to work with. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Great condo with a amazing view!

The rental process was very easy, and I was happy to be able to converse with the owners as needed. They were very responsive and available. The condo was perfect. It was very cute and homey! It had everything we needed, and it felt like home. I can't say enough about the beautiful view from the balcony and the beach front access. We spent quite a bit of time on the balcony watching and listening to the waves. The parking lot was gated and monitored, so we felt safe and secure. Good location in PCB. I don't think we could have asked for anything better for our first trip to Florida! We would definitely rent this condo again.

Linda was very pleasant to rent from and the condo was amazing! I’ve rented from this website since 2010 and she was the best to rent from. The room was clean and you can’t beat the view! Thanks for the much needed vacation!

Great condo & location. Property manager is very attentive.

This condo has a great view and is very nice. Plenty of dishes, cups, pans, etc. Also has a play station you can use. Decent collection of books to choose from. I actually read one while I was there. It did include beach chairs (saved some money). I had no issues with parking or anything else related to the construction that is going on. Don't let that deter you from renting this property. Great place to stay!!!

We could not have stayed at a more beautiful Condo. As you can see from the Balcony picture our view was AMAZING. Condo was so clean. I wish I could have taken the bed home with me, best sleep I have had in years. Everything was there for you in the condo, and you never had to leave to gated complex. Restaurants and stores at you fingertips. Plan on taking my Mother next Christmas. Hoping to stay at this exact Condo. Thank you Linda

Great room and view!

This is a nice room right on the beach. We watched dolphins every morning from the balcony. Very clean and well kept pools also. Linda makes things so easy all you have to worry about is relaxing.

Very Nice Beachfront Property

Cute place with a great view off the balcony of the ocean! We loved being able to sit out on the balcony and see dolphins in the morning and still feel like we were on the beach when we were in the condo for meals, etc. Wonderful location, close to Walmart so we could get food to prepare in the well stocked kitchen and close to Shell Island and other activities. Pretty much had everything we needed! Owner very nice and quickly responded to anything we contacted her about. Even had a supply of books and DVD which were nice to utilize while we were there. 3 pools to use that were lovely and nice to use when we didn't want to be in the ocean. Would absolutely recommend this place to friends and family and would certainly go back!!

GREAT VIEW!!!!

We just returned from our vacation and could not stop talking about what a great time we had. Honestly we don't have any complaints about the condo.....the views were excellant, everything we needed was there and the beach was excellant. The only downfall was the construction around the condo but other than that we had an amazing time. Thanks Linda!

My husband and I had been looking for a place for a couple years in Arizona before we bought our condo in Panama City Beach. We decided on Panama City Beach at the time because you could still get reasonably priced condos on the Gulf compared to other parts of Florida. We are very glad we did and enjoy using our condo and renting it out when we are not using it.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our favorite part of owning this condo is the balcony. It is a private balcony and we just love sitting out be it just enjoying our coffee in the morning or watching the beautiful sunsets. It is also very nice on cool days when the sun is out as facing the gulf, we are blocked from the cooler Northern breeze. There are many golf courses nearby with one being practically across the street. Last, but not least is the Beach. Beautiful white sand and Emerald green waters.
