This newly renovated townhome has three stories with balconies on every level and gorgeous views. Very spacious with a huge living area on the entire first floor. Located south of Hwy 98 and steps to the beautiful sandy beaches of Mexico Beach. Parking for up to 3 cars on the ground level and an outdoor shower with hot/cold water. Enjoy coffee and happy hour on the balconies or the beach! Perfect for families with 3 master suites and a large kids' room with two beds and in-room vanities. All rooms have smart TVs and Wifi. Sleeps 11 comfortably!

Easy walk to the Beach. Beach was not busy at all. Place had plenty of room and had a nice layout.

Nice place. Perfect for our crew. We loved that we had the use of the nice beach cart with huge wheels. The kitchen was well stocked with all necessary dishes/utensils. The bedrooms were nicely put together with plenty of room for all of us.

The condo was beautiful and clean , everything was right there that we needed and convenient! We loved it and it so close to the beach it was so easy and the patio underneath was great area too!

Fabulous vacation home!

This large well equipped vacation home is the perfect place for a large family or group. Haley leaves plenty of “starters” to get you through the first day or two of your stay. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms make vacationing a real pleasure. My family of 6 adults & 3 children loved being here for the second year in a row.

Mexico Beach

Very nice property with great amenities. The four floor townhouse was very clean and well kept. It was within easy walking distance to the beach with some nice views off the three rear balconies. The town house is located within easy driving distance to Port St.Joe and walking distance to resturants and food trucks in Mexico Beach.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

We recently stayed at this beach rental and had an absolutely fantastic time! The location was ideal, just steps away from the pristine beach, allowing us to enjoy the sun, sand, and surf every day. The home was well stocked with beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, beach buggy, cookware. The beach access was amazing with a 1 minute walk. The bedrooms were large with plenty of room on the kitchen level for everyone to hang out. The outside bathroom and shower was very handy. The refrigerator at the entry level mud room was a great choice for extra drinks and fruit.

Beautiful Townhome

This townhome was perfect for our family of 10. Plenty of room for everyone! We enjoyed our stay! Zero issues, steps to the beach and walking distance to some cute shops. We walked to get ice cream most nights! Thank you to Hayley for being so easy to work with. We will be back!

Beautiful !

Mexico beach is a favorite destination for our family and this house only made it better! Everything about it is beautiful! The house was very clean and had everything needed to make our stay more comfortable. Lots of room for our growing family! A favorite feature was the outdoor bathroom! The house has beautiful views of the beach and ocean. Will definitely be booking again!

Summer relaxation at its best

Such an inviting home. Comfortable and clean. Steps from the beach, a coffee shop and an ice cream parlor. The homeowner provided all the beach necessities. The most stress free vacation I’ve taken with my kids. It was one momma her six teen/adult kids and three of their friends. Nothing but a positive review here. Would definitely book again.

Amazing place to stay

If you have a large group going this is the Best Place to stay at - plenty of room to spread out. It is on the beach side no crossing the road. Location is in the middle of everything you need. We will reserve this nice condo again. Hayley the owner is wonderful to deal with - quick response time. Joy

What more could you ask for?

This is an absolutely lovely home with everything you could want available for your use, and it’s literally just a minute from the water. It was the perfect spot for our family to spend a long weekend reconnecting. Don’t spend a minute worrying.

This property is so nice! They have thought about every little detail… •SO Spacious ✅ •Clean ✅ •Mud room✅ •Sink and extra fridge on ground level to make easy access for drinks going to the beach ✅ •Storage room for beach accessories…chairs, wagon, etc ✅ •Bathroom specifically for beach access ✅ •Large kitchen with tons of eating space ✅ •Walk in pantry ✅ •Walk in Laundry Room ✅ •Bedrooms and bathrooms are all very large ✅ I can’t say enough good things. Pics are beautiful but they don’t do it justice on how cute and how big this place is. The owner is great to deal with. Recommend 100%! Hope to stay again ❤️

Beautiful House!

We had 10 of us staying at the house for 4 nights, 4 kids and 6 adults. The house was perfect! We had plenty of room to spread out and relax. The kitchen was super well stocked with everything we needed for some light cooking. Bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfy. The bathrooms were huge and well stocked too. Loved the beach gear - huge wagon, umbrellas, chairs and some beach toys. Just a short hop onto the beach which was very quiet even in the middle of summer break. Had an issue with one of the tv remotes and the owner was super quick to respond and immediately fixed the problem. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!!

Great Townhouse

The townhome was beautiful. Under the beds & couches was dirty but; nothing we couldn’t live with. The extras were a nice plus… coffee, condiments, spices, & basic supplies were a great help! Our family had a lovely vacation with plenty of space to spread out. As advertised in photos. Lovely furnishings, & close to beach with easy access. I would suggest blowing off the carport/patio area and adding more towels & racks in all bathrooms. Stairways had good sturdy handrails and there were plenty of outdoor gathering spots along with ample beach toys. Adequate parking for 3 vehicles. We would rent again.
