GETTING AROUND:
Close to Mexico Beach (2.5 miles), downtown Port St. Joe (10 miles) and Cape San Blas (30 miles).

We provide a ton of beach necessities - beach towels, chairs, umbrella and beach cart. BYO fishing poles, floats, etc.

PETS
The home is dog friendly only - up to 2 dogs weighing no more than 50lbs each (larger dogs may be considered on a case-by-case basis - please message us before booking). Dogs must be included in the reservation and the $250 pet fee per dog, per stay, is due at time of booking. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture and must be crated anytime the owner is not present. Guests are required to abide by all state/local pet laws. Larger dogs may be considered but must be approved by the owner before booking.

We encourage all guests to purchase TRAVEL INSURANCE (cancel for any reason) through the platform or privately. Life happens and travel insurance will help protect your trip (reimburse cost if cancelled) in the event you cannot make it. Remember, we don't charge extra for sunshine or refund for rain.

PARKING:
3-4 mid size vehicles max - parking is permitted only in front of house in the designated driveway. Absolutely no parking in the grass!
A small boat could be accommodated in lieu of a vehicle (all boats must be pre-approved at time of booking)
No trailers or campers may be parked onsite

THIS PROPERTY IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY (no smoking on premises) - this includes smoking of any kind (including vaping, e-cigs, and/or hookah).

The home has 2 ring cameras - one at the front door and a ring floodlight facing the driveway; all devices are for security and have video/audio recording capabilities. They are used for check in/out and security purposes and may not be tampered with (covered, unplugged, etc.). Evidence of tampering (covering, unplugging, etc.) with any camera will result in immediate trip cancellation and no refund.

Weather Related Refunds! - We follow all local guidelines and officials’ directions when it comes to tropical storms, hurricanes, etc. We will follow our cancellation policy unless there is an active evacuation order in place and decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis. *Protect your trip and purchase trip insurance (cancel for any reason) at the time of booking*

THINGS TO NOTE:

The following items must be completed within 48 hours of booking or the booking will be cancelled:

Must sign rental agreement.

Must submit copy of government issued photo I.D. The Photo I.D. must match the name on the reservation and card submitted for the security hold.

Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold. This hold will be scheduled after booking but will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 5 days after departure, if no damages are reported. You will not receive your access code until the deposit is scheduled/confirmed and a signed rental agreement is received.

This home is a smoke free home and premises. Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the premises.

You must be 25YO to book this home and present for the entire stay.

No 3rd party bookings. Any evidence of a 3rd party booking will result in immediate cancellation without any refund and forfeiture of security deposit.

This home was absolutely beautiful! The host was wonderful and very accommodating! The beach was closer than I thought it would be! Perfect stay! We actually extended our trip!! I will be staying here again!

Where do I even start…the Host were amazing communicators, our messages were answered quickly and thoroughly every time. They went ABOVE and beyond to welcome us during Christmas. The most beautifully decorated tree welcomed us along with a present that we will treasure forever. An amazing toy was left in the doggie bowl to welcome our fur baby and he enjoyed that toy so much!! In addition to a very well stocked coffee bar was a hot coco bar - complete with the most fun & delicious snowmen marshmallows. We’re now all addicted to an evening hot coco. The house was so spacious with 3 king suites (plus another 4 twin suite, we didn’t use) with their own private baths - we loved the showers in this house! Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The beds are so comfortable, great throw blankets for those afternoon naps. And every room has a large TV so nobody missed their favorite show. The kitchen was fully stocked with great cookware. Living space was great for a family with 2 full size and comfortable couches. We enjoyed so many meals around the big table. Games and puzzles were left for us to enjoy - I tried really hard to be a puzzle person but I didn’t complete one, this time. The weather was too cool to enjoy the pool but it was beautiful and would be the perfect cool spot in the warmer months. We did enjoy time on the beach - watched several sunsets and loved that this house offers beach chairs!! The most beautiful beach is a short & safe 3-4 minute walk.
