This is a private basement apartment located at the back of a very quiet subdivision on a cul-de-sac. The apartment connects to a lovely patio area overlooking the trees and creek in the backyard. The apartment has its own dedicated parking area on the circular driveway.
This home has two living spaces. The basement apartment and the main house above. There is a private entrance to the basement living space on the left side of the home. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space that is perfect for 1 or 2 people and located in the middle of everything. It features a roomy living room with a 65" Smart TV. Whether you are working, cooking, or chilling, this home away from home has all of your creature comforts including a workspace with a stand-up desk combined with a dressing room, chaise reading chair, and outdoor space to enjoy your coffee and beautiful outdoors. There's also a combination Air Fryer, Convection, Toaster, and Microwave oven, and a full-size refrigerator. Even though this is a basement apartment, the space has been soundproofed in the ceiling and staircase to reduce and hopefully eliminate any sounds from the home upstairs. There is an additional bonus space with two twin beds if you are traveling with an extra guest. You will love this getaway space!

Well hello there. 🙂 My name is Kristen and my husband Ralph and I live in the beautiful Appalachian Mountains in the extreme northeastern tip of the great state of Tennessee. We both grew up in the Tampa Bay Area but made this area part of our lives back in 2006. In addition to operating short-term rentals, we do coaching and training for mortgage loan officers to help them make more money working fewer hours. We love hiking, boating, winding two-lane drives in the convertible, and playing with our grandchildren. We work very hard to make our properties places where we would want to stay so that when you arrive, you'll have a warm and welcoming visit and be lacking for nothing. Welcome home!
