I really enjoyed my stay! The home is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. Everything was well-kept and comfortable, and the space felt peaceful and relaxing. It was great for a quiet stay and a perfect place to unwind. I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: very calm and quiet neighborhood, close to many restaurants and events venue. Very spacious house. Cons: host could have a better communication system, I had to ask for checking details 45 mins before my check in, no basic instructions either, house in general needs a deep cleaning specifically the bathroom. Sofa and blankets had stains on it, they advertised 6 ppl can sleep in but just 3 chairs in the dining table. Coffe maker had old coffee on it.

Description failed to mention 2 steep flights of stairs required to navigate the house. Also, jam packed parking throug out the large development. Very short on towels!!! Some broken furniture (tables with no tops!) But overall well-equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Worked for Us, but Wouldn't Book Again

Pros: *VERY close the the arena where we were attending a confernce. Not walking distance close, but about 5 min drive close.*Felt safe in the gated neighborhood and the area itself*Plenty of room. There were 2 adults and 2 teens on this trip.*Extra toilet paper in the bathrooms, and hand soap availableSort of Cons- *Only 3 seats at the dining table*Lack of communication for check in. I had to reach out to get the info and that was kind of stressful. *Zero check out details other than the time listed on site, so I didn't know if I was doing what I should or notCons:*Coffee pot had old coffee in it upon arrival, top was also dirty, as well as old pod in the machine and an old pod on the rack next to it. *Master bath had hairs in it, so I doubted that it had been cleaned.*Master bedroom does not have night stands*Bed is other upstairs room has a broken boxsprig so it sags on one side. Only found this out after I found my daughter sleeping on the couch because she was so uncomfortable.*Downstairs smells like a dog has been there so not sure what that was about. *Blinds in dining are still broken leaving it wide open for neighbors to look in.

Upon arrival there was a wasp in an upstairs bedroom and one in the other room dead on the window sill. I advised the host. The next day there was another live wasp that came in. The bathrooms need a deep clean. The owner suite is the only room with no deside tables. The place sleeps 6 but living room only has seating for 3.

Close to Gas south

Great location for attending anything at gas south. Felt safe and condo was very clean. Great house for a small group of people/couples.

Dance convention hideaway

The property is so convenient to the convention center. Having three beds and 4 bathrooms for our group was perfect. We ate out and had food delivered. So many food choices in the area.

Clean and comfy

Owners had a quick response time for questions we had. Looks smaller than it is in the pictures. Lots of (breakable) decorations that may not be suited for small kids (for those traveling with little ones). Each room had its own bathroom ao we may consider bringing the rest of the fam next time. Would recommend getting sliding glass door blinds fixed so full coverage from neighbors. Didnt really bother us but some guests might not like that adjacent homes had a straight view into the kitchen and living room. Enjoyed the property!

Perfect spot

My coworker and I stayed at this property for four nights in January, and it was the perfect choice for our trip to the Gas South Arena. The location was ideal, the unit felt more spacious than the photos suggested, and the gated community provided an added sense of security.The downstairs bedroom was a great bonus, featuring its own fridge, microwave, and coffee maker—perfect for extra privacy without needing to use the shared spaces. The home was spotless, and the host was incredibly communicative and helpful. When I faced an unexpected travel delay, she generously allowed me to extend my stay without hesitation or additional charges.Parking was a little tight by the unit itself, but using the garage allowed us to fit an extra car in the driveway. The neighborhood streets were somewhat narrow, with several cars parked along the sides, but we were still able to find open spots throughout.Overall, a fantastic experience—would stay again
